Facetime is one of the most advertised feature of the iphone 4, i think its a HUGE waste of feature....cuz, it can only be used with other iphone 4...what a let down... it could have been better if it can be used with other phones.....

Indeed it's only a small issue, hundreds of thousands of complaints on all mac forums/rumors and youtube, such a small issue :)))
But how will they fix:
-(VERY)cheap glass - miserable lies in advertising
-cheap screen with light leakage and dead pixels - more lies
-inverted buttons - no quality control
-sim slot defects - bad soldering of components
-faulty cameras, microphones, proximity sensors - cheap parts
And funny how the first hand reviewers failed to notice the signal issue first hand. Like engadget who is paid by apple for example ;)
Good thing they came back on the issue to not discredit themselves completely :)))
So again, why would I buy something that:
-has worse signal than 3GS
-cheap glass
-cheap screen with light leakage and dead pixels
-inverted buttons
-sim slot defects
-faulty cameras, microphones, proximity sensors
Why don't you shoot some videos and share them with us to prove it ain't so?
Or are you still waiting for your replacement unit... awww so sweeet=)))))

Congrats, they'll be so disappointed they'll never get an iPhone again =))))
P.S. if anyone still wants one there's over 20.000 (twenty thousand) units already on sale on e-bay from disappointed customers. No use paying apple since they will only give you a defective unit over and over again.

That is bcos htc is smart enough n know what belong to future, why no one try to buy mac OS from apple, bcos pp know mac is basic n ONLY rely on pc. one of my friend got the phone .. the design is good but can be used as a toy phone, not as phone in hand for speaking as there is no signal. spending too much money for toy phone is worthless. using the headset only the phone can be used , but not holding in the hand.. uselessssssssssss.......

Did you see HTC may have trouble sourcing Samsung Amoled screens so may have to get LCD screens for some of their models.

Front Facing call??? My Motorola V6, Nokia already done that fews year back.
Flash? My Motorola ROKR E1 done that already.
The design is copies from Nokia one of the model.
Facetime = Facebook... Uncreative...
And Apple LIED that "This changes everything, Again" on the Apple website.
HD Video? Other Phones already done that...

i have both this and the desire but sorry guys its the desire that wins hands down in my oppinion.
the iphone is a cool phone dont get me wrong but its so overpriced and people who cant see that are dumb, they could easily lower their prices by £100 and make a huge profit still.
i wont go on about how htc is better at this or iphone is as good as that but im gonna be honest and say apple just need to wake up and make something themselves, near enough all the parts are made by other manufacs (quite a few by samsung) and if they made a phone 100% apple then we can see what apple are made of. i dont know why but they just seem to get all these sales but it is mostly hype im sure many die hard fans forget about their i phone after a week lol
(iphones just remind me of the sony erricson x1 branded sony but made by htc lol)

Since when did you guys became slaves to Apple?
You pay much more than others so you can get some songs.
You pay more just to have something they called: "multitask, the right way", which is like multitask, just not as good.
You pay more so you can have a high res screen which other used on HTC or Nokia 4 years ago.
You pay more so you can have a bit of camera which can take photo properly.
You take ages longer to be able to read a 10mb pdf file on your Magical device.
You have to install more programs both on Magical iphone and Magical Mac so you can get some office docs to read.
You will be dead if you're not get married to a PC or a Mac with you-must-update-new-version-of-itune-as-i-told-you so you can connect with iphone.
You have to cut-your-sim-to-micro-size-as-i-told-you to be able to put DIFFERENT simcard on iphone.
Please let me stop it here... Otherwise, there will be at least 100 pages to type. I'm sick of your Magical Ideas about how Magical Apple change Magical industry.
HTC killed previous iphone with Hero (phone of the year 2009), then HTC release Legend, then the current Desire. If Apple wouldn't take action to make a faster and higher res screen now, they'll be dead. Who lead the way as you see?
I can do ONE tap to turn my Wifi on/off on my Android. How many Magical swipes you have to do to do that?
I can copied a 100mb PDF to read on my Desire in less than 0.5 mn, how long it takes you to upload through internet and do some Magical Sync to be able to read it?
I can delete files in one click on the move, how long it takes you to bring your Magical laptop, boot magical itune, do some magical sync to delete one file like me?
I have 7 homescreens with fully flexible, customizable, and clever shortcuts of widgets, program, specific contacts, and others and 6 scenses with each 7 homescreens to change in a click. How would you use your ONLY ONE lock screen to see except "SWIPE TO UNLOCK" your magical iphone useful.
Please shut up, you're not the phone of the year, not the first choice of mobile, not the Magical device, not the best mobilephone or anything. You're just a mobile phone with fairly good quality try to live up and develop some small little things behind other manufacturers and called it different magical way.
And congratulations, after 4 years of work, now you can have FOLDERS, which iphone themself said it wasn't necessary back there, like on my cannot-remember 5 or 6 years ago.
Two years to have an MMS
Three years to have 3g
Four years to have folders
Just wait another 5 or 10 years ok, maybe you will Steve say: "Hey look, now there's a Magical way to delete ONE file without sync with magical itune, come one, make a tent, sleep a month infront of my Magical Apple store to buy it first than anybody..

I got my iPhone 4 the other day & found that my dear old Sony Ericsson K850 has better network coverage than this one...
Totally Disappointed... :( :/
