Apple Iphone4 is the best phone in the market...As i have the hands on experience.
Yes if you upgrade it to iO7 the phones starts to hang and you are unhappy with it.
But if you want to use the phone as it is do not upgrade it and simply go to the Apple store where they will give you t he information about it and you do not have to worry about the phone...

Iphone under exachage are defected phones , i my freind bought in april since then we have problem in poor network . some times it hangs
We went to Istore service center then have repaced 5 times all the time we got fault phones .
We dont belive that they are slling good phnes under exchange .

Dont worry, if Apple is providing ios7 on i4 then it will not let u suffer from any problems. Go for iphone4 . Official update of ios 7 will be available at the end of this summer as expected. Do not listen to anyone till the time ios7 is in beta as the beta version consists of bugs and it is only for testing ok.

Iphone 4 still a good choice. Battery last 1and half day to 2 days with Internet off and 1 day with Internet on..doesn't hang..good picture quality despite being only 5mp..good for basic work...a reliable phone...available for 22-23 thousand in market
