yes it can be used in India even Vodafone is preparing to launch in India as they launched iPhone 3g
16GB will cost arnd 40 to 45k
and 32 GB will cost around 50k

Why?
Because apple dont want you sharing stuff and to make dam sure everything you put on the bloody phone is done through itunes.

[deleted post]Nothing except a faster processor, more RAM, higher resolution screen 30fps 720p HD video recording vs 24 fps, no "memory full" errors and is not vapourware to be released sometime in the future.
So why don't you come back when you get an N8, see you sometime next year, maybe.

It seems like Apple have finally started to be more NOKIA!!! Its good though. Maybe the next iphone will have blootooth file transferring facility too.. ;-) Cool sceene. The design is much like the LG GD510. Never mind!

I... moreFor you that sounds like a good idea cause this new iphone doesnt have what you want and when you purchase a non iphone whatever that may be at least you have the FREEDOM to go back to your 3gs whenever you want seeing as your sim will remain the same size.

Most users here already owns an iphone, at least the 3GS. I am hoping for better feature in the 4G, at lest double in its mass memory but unfortunately, an old 32GB repacked in new suit. I would rather buy a non-iphone this time round to go with my iphone 3GS.

Much like a Porsche, an iPhone is NOT intended for use by people who need functionality, it's for showing off and thinking you're cool. It's well possible to get something higher specced with more features that costs less, it's just that much like a high powered car, stupid drivers might crash it, which is why apple has been all about restrictions so far, not even allowing multitasking until now
