It is the iPhone 4G, There is no 4G Network in Australia, so it will be a LONG time before it is released here... We are all waiting for the government to allow the networks to release a 4G network so that the infrastructure can be built so that we can start benefiting from the faster network speeds and new phones that will be coming out.

ive got an iphone myself, but that picture looks more like an htc, it's too square & rigid, all the other iphones have a slight curve to them, you only have to look at the ipad, they've made the same shape with them too, so i think it's a fake, i don't think they'd make such an ugly shape as that.

STILL daily surfer interest for this model (according to this site) is more than any iPhone solely! Meaning?
C'mon be real. I compare newest models cause I want to change my Bold 9000 with some TS device in near future.
I want best gadget at this moment and last, but not least.. freedom
Sick and tired of "special" services, plans, extra paying for this and that etc etc.
Don't want to cut my sim, don't want to jailbrake blah blah
At this moment N8 give more for less.
Beside TS, witch is undoubtedly best on iPhone, every 4G hardware characteristic is 2 or more years behind Nokia.
I do not need phone as status symbol. I do not need chicks with uhhhhh.
I need affordable phone with top characteristics.
Maybe I will buy one 4G for my 16y old son to impress girls in school ,)
Anyway that's the reason why is made for, to be status symbol, isn't it?

compared to the Nokia 8, i would no doubt purchase the Nokia 8. Apple seem to be fussy about their product and dont like to share.

The latest iPhone may or may not bring revolutionary new features or design (that would call for "huge interest figures") after three generations, but that does in no way change the fact that iPhone is still a unique device, both HW and SW-wise, that most other manufacturers are still looking up to and most phones still being compared to. 'Nuff said.

Take a look daily interest for 4G. Flawless-pushy Apple marketing has got a new dimension. People finally say no to shameless re-rediscovery and brain wash "if we say that you don't need this - you don't need this". Yuppie imitation club will be the last remaining defenders. Real pro's using long standing battery mobile such as Samsung or Motorola. Myth created by Apple finally will be smashed.

Like many people in here I think that new iPhone 4G will be something "deja vu". All that an much more is already at market for many years. iPhone is just another Apple. Shine status symbol and glamorous toy. Eye candy but useless.

This time Apple is late. Nokia offer much much more with N8 model. Not to mention that the price will be probably more than double than N8. Something will always missing in next-next iPhone. That's the way it is, that's Steve Jobs way to sell . Like now, 3Gs iPhone 4G will be more status symbol than real usable device. That and only that is reason why owners vindicate their baby and Steve Jobs. Who is stupid enough to say "Yes N8 is better" if they gave 7 or 800 euros just for name and "rediscovered America". I am not S.J. man. My Omnia II will be replaced by Nokia N8

Can't wait to see this phone released! I had an original iPhone and I still use it at the moment. The amount of useful apps that save so much time! I've been reading around about this phone and if what they say about the new processor and graphics card is true then all the more sweeter! I've seen other phones that are rivaling the iPhone used by mates but (for me anyway) all seem to lack something. Especially the amount of apps available! For an upgrade (at least from my now dated original iPhone) it definately looks worthy of purchasing :)
