Really I regret to buy it
i bought it after using nokia & samsung
what a silly mobile with non-shortcuts
1- no speed dails
2- when u enter a number didn't help u and show the options from u saved
3- Bluetooth (the biggest problem )
4-no panorama pic ( need app )
5- no self timer pic ( need app )
6- no profiles
7- no file manager to organize ur memory :(

Also, you can go to icloud.com on your PC or Mac, sign in using your Apple ID and password and you will also be able to view and edit your contacts list online. There are other things that you can do whilst on icloud.com so go and check that out.

how to delete diagnostic & usage data insid... moreYou can go to 'Settings', then 'General', then 'About', and then 'Diagnostics & Usage'. Tap on 'Don't Send'. Most, if not all of the logs should be removed. I have always had mine on 'Don't Send' but I still have some (but not much) which are logged. They don't bother me, though.
I have read somewhere on the web before that resetting the iPhone by pressing the Hold and Home buttons together for a few seconds until the apple appears erases those logs. I have not personally tried it, but it would be worth a try.

Hi all,
Its been now more than 20 days m usin & happy with my iPhone 4S,16Gb,black.Feeling its d best phone I ever had.I have used Android & BB OS..but iOS never hangs..very happy. Android & BB devices started hanging since its initial days. iPhone gives me a "feel good factor" whenever I hold it in my hands. Very good phone, but costly too.

Hello everyone! I have a problem with Internet on Iphone 4S. my phone doesn't work on 3g network even 3g network is full. on the other hand, for wifi it works very good. so what can i do with this problem? Please help me to solve this problem! thanks.

CubeVee, 15 Nov 2012I'm in Africa but had a friend in the U.S. very recently pu... moreI would say that what you are experiencing with your iPhone is normal if like me, you've been using your iPhone as often as I did today and right now the battery is at 16% and under 'Time since last full charge' it says '8 Hours, 43 Minutes' next to 'Usage' and it also says '1 Day, 7 Hours' next to 'Standby'.
If you are having only 8 hours of standby time and not usage whilst not using your iPhone that much then there might be something wrong. The last time I was able to get only that much out of the battery from 100% was when I watched three movies in a row, which were streamed to my iPhone via WiFi.

She keeps saying it only lasts 8hrs on moderate use and has to charge it a lot. Makes me wonder why she still have the phone after almost a year now.

I'm in Africa but had a friend in the U.S. very recently purchase a 4S for me. My battery life is just about 8hrs even with moderate use.. Which means I have to recharge it twice a day.. Is that normal? And why does my phone warm up the way it does?

Zen, 15 Nov 2012How to do that sally?The iPhone is open to customisation and personalisation, and that includes using your own ringtone.
There are apps (both free and paid) that can help you make a ringtone out of any .mp3 or .m4a file that is in your iPhone. What these apps do is that they allow you to trim the file into the segment that you would like as your ringtone, like editing a song so that you could use the chorus as your ringtone. After editing, these apps then would ask you for an email address to which it would send the ringtone to you. Put in your email address, and your ringtone will be converted from .mp3 or .m4a into .m4r (which is the only type of file that the iPhone would recognise and accept as a ringtone). Wait for the email to come in, and when it does you can now download your ringtone as a .m4r file on your PC or Mac. Sync the file to your iPhone through iTunes, and afterwards you can now go to 'Settings' and 'Sounds' and then choose the file under 'Ringtone'.
Another way is to get yourself an .mp3 to .m4r converter, or an "iPhone Ringtone Maker" type of software to install onto your PC or Mac. You do the same thing as with the ringtone-making apps, minus the waiting for an email to come in. After you're done editing and converting you just have to add that .m4r file onto your iTunes library, sync it to your iPhone and go to 'Settings'.

Most of them are unique only to the iPhone, so anyone would know that your phone is an iPhone when it rings. Also, you can customise any song to become your ringtone. There are even many free apps available on the App Store that you can use to trim segments of a song and convert them into .m4r files which the iPhone will accept. Any owner of an iPhone would know where to go and what to do next to set personal ringtones, so I will not go any further.
