i've got one from cause waybay, hongkong. it's amazing phone. lightweight, very smooth, and fast. the sound is clear and entertaint. i don't have issue about heating. my ios is 6.1.3
android is cool, but sometimes the OS is not stable although has marvelous processors

1. Camera MP does not matter, its the picture quality.
2. CPU / GPU / RAM clock speed and cores does not matter, its battery efficiency, OS response speed and overall performance
3. Screen resolution does not matter, its the quality when you look at the screen, and how it fairs under direct sunlight or indoors.
The only reasonable criticism is about lack of compatibility features for legacy systems and windows.

every time when i use this i phone it ask for credit card number.
no support from apple office of Nagpur , these guys ask us to pay 2000 Rs. so that they will assist you.
Apple phone has reserved all rights , so that customer will pay them for every moment.
As per me i am cheated by APPLE I Phone. as i am not getting anything, No downloads, no music, Hopeless phone. Not a user freindly.

There is a difference. Just because the Iphone 5 is criticised does not mean that the person criticising it cannot afford, they just want something that is good value, not a complete waste of money. Nothing to do with jealousy. People who are truly jealous would not criticise this phone, they would wish that they could have one, which I am sure that the majority of people who criticise this phone, would not.

Got iPhone 5 a week before, i am new user (from... moreI'm from india too, got iphone 5, yes there are battery issues after i update for 6.1.3 but still it lasts for 8 hours average use. if ur battery dies whiting 5 hours the probably you should visit the service centre. My phone is also heating when using 3G services. waiting for apple to bring out an update for battery issue.

I believe that this phone is one of the best phone in the market. the only thing that is bad is its pricing, it is overpriced.im not saying that i cant afford it. cause i can, but im not paying a huge amount for this piece.

How else do you explain your profits Apple ??
Don't get me wrong its a good simple to use fluid feature phone just lacking and grossly overpriced..The second biggest rip off is not providing micro sd support THEN ripping off your customers by charging exactly 100GBP per doubling of memory..Really its exactly 100GBP when it cost you pennys in bulk..My 64GB card cost 38GBP you charge 200 extra.
