1. User Friendliness - Ease of use
2. User Experiences - Smooth and snappy performance no jerking
3. User Satisfaction - All features works, no nonsense features.
4. Best App updates / quality ensured
5. Updates and full supported OS - All new buy iPhone will have at least 2 years OS updates
6. Warranty - Swap new iphone if your one broke
When buy iPhone you do not look at Specs - Apple take care of that part for you. You look at RESULTS.
The price will degrade slowly while other phone price drop rapidly.

After trying 46 different phones, with all OS's; from android, iOS and Windows Phone, i can say Apple has something everybody lacks:
Stability across all their products.
You don't get that in windows phone nor android devices.
Although i thinks Windows Phone is way better than android, because like Apple they care about their apps. Only problem is, like android, their updates are mobile operator dependent, therefore not good.
In iOS you get the new OS the very same day its out, that and the stability and huge market is the big difference.
Also nowadays all phones have tons of features we don't really use; so i rather a solid OS and a good device with more focus on day a day use, than just having massive technology I'll never use.

People are daft about this topic. I have a 5s and before that a 4s and before that a 3gs. I like the fact i instantlyknow how to work them and the ease of swapping to the next one. I'm not one for slating other devises. I just beleave that the apple product is the most complete package on the market.

They dont understand that apple might be giving less, but they provide quality products that only few smartphone makers can match.
