Updates to ios11 still no problem, phone is running very smooth no issue with battery, but i will suggest you all that after updating to ios11 charge full n then use phone till 0% 100-0%, then we’ll get idea that battery. I charged cell till 100% and using it on wifi no issue with battery

Need backup if you are opting for reset or restoring.

Obviously you already seen how good the iPhone is compared to Win and Android, by switching to Mac you will experience the same thing, everything is better. And best of all it is so cheap to switch, "everything" you have can still be used with a Mac Mini: Monitor, speakers, keyboard, mouse, external drives and stuff. You will not regret it.

Someone granted me an iPhone 5s recently. Due to my age at 60, I was sceptical of the screen size, but it works well. The phone is updated to v10.3.3 now and there are no issues. I'm personally a heavy computer user and use smartphones for travel only. In this case, the iPhone's fantastic camera with its 120 fps opens a broad field of video possibilities. As someone mentioned it already, this phone is 'old', but it still beats my Nokia WinPhone & Samsung Galaxy in many aspects. The tragic downside in my opinion is the uncomfortable handling with data exchange between iPhone and computers to both directions. The simpleness of Nokia & Samsung via USB data transfer is missing. Instead a huge bulky iTunes software package is necessary to do the same jobs complicated. I still haven't figured out, how to get copied/pasted/dragged music folders from PC transparent on the iPhone. And there is also this Bluetooth thingy - except one BT speaker, no other BT pairings are able, to establish a stable data connection to the Apple. Otherwise, for its age, still a crisp product.

I am using Apple Beta Profil in iOS 11 on my iPhone.
So far it is good, performance is OK, but little (somtimes) lag while typing fast. Notification works fine, camera is good (sometimes load 1.5 second to open camera), 4G LTE is fine. Messaging, calling are good. No hang issue I found till now. And no random shutdown like iOS 10.3.3 problem.

By the wat, my iPhone is almost 2 months I use now, both new old stock. From iOS 10.2.1 default and i update, update, and update, till now, iOS 11 size 1.85 GB. So far it is good and I like it.
Yes, everthing never perfect, I got problem in iOS 10.3.3, I got two event where my iPhone randomly shutdown itslef and I need to press and hold home button + power on/off button together for more than 5 seconds, to make the phone turn on. But since I update it iOS 11 Public beta, that problem was fixed.
I do not know about Apple people in service in Apple Store or Apple Service Center in my region, good or not. But my experience using iPhone 5s, no weird problem, hardware problem or software problem that makes the phone should be taken to service center, so far my iPhone works very fine.

Yesterday I got new update, iOS 11 1.85 GB, bring many new added featured as they were written the info from update and I think improvements too.
Well, with iOS 11 now, no problem I found. It is has Apple Beta Program and it has Feedback app, the iOS system only, named iOS 11. Previos update, I use iOS 11 Beta public 9.

Apple Customer Service is is horrible. Never invest your money on iPhone. It is not even 1 year since I have bought iPhone & only 2 months after buying I have used it properly. Rest of the times, it always gives problems. Heating problem, unexpected shut down, ghostly behavior, automatic on/off silent button, only home button heating up problem.. I can't explain how much frustrated with this.
During the ghostly behavior also they did not replace the phone considering other issues along with it, they just replaced the display & other issues were never resolved. Horrible people ask me to go to service center as soon as the problem occurs, but service is open only from 11 A.M to 6:30 P.M.
Only one lady from the technical adviser's was following up well during ghostly behavior of the phone. Recently, for heating up & silent button ghost behavior issue was observed, I got contacted to another technical Adviser Basit &he promised to resolved & explain the problem to service center, this guy made me wait in center for 1hr45mins & never called up even after continuous voice calls. Neither service center people were ready to take the phone for service as Case was raised. When Basit never called up, I had to fight with the center for checking the issue. Overall, very bad experience with iPhone. Please don't buy this phone. Instead, you will get multiple best phones in less price.

My iPhone is still iOS 11 Public beta 9. No new update available anymore. Wait for the new update. Maybe coming soon.
The Public beta 9 so far is good for daily use too.
