Another one just for my Abdro... more"give credit to iPhones if they can be as good as Android flagships with multi-core processors and 2/3/4GB RAMs" -- That sounds like something people would do if iPhones were the cheaper alternative to Android flagships. Guess what, they are not!
They are actually sold at a premium price, so they should also match it with a premium in performance (not just equivalence).
THAT is the whole point Android power-users make.
Now, there is more to this story than just that (design, build materials, quality, choice of OS, ecosystem maturity, etc), but this is the straight reply to your point.

It ... moreThat is one of the silliest and unreliable benchmarks I have ever seen.
You are actually measuring the human that has to react to events and then act on the phone's interface, meaning he (the human) will perform far better in the phone/interface he usually uses.
Could have gone either way, fully automate it (or repeat the experiment a significant number of times) and then we will talk about actual results.

Your message was indeed a nice read. It was refreshingly different from what most Android and iOS fanboys do; that is bash each other up. I haven't used Android phones ever, but I do know that the Note series have always been the most productive Android devices. A large part of that is due to the S pen and third party styluses or even Apple's own Pencil cnt match it (at least as of now). Without much research, I would only like to add that iOS may not be a very simple OS either; you can run Autocad and other productivity suites including the full version of Adobe's photoshop on the iPad Pro 12.9".

Another one just for my Abdroid friends. I have intentionally compared the iPhone 6 to S5, both being 2014 flagships. It would be immoral to compare the S6 with iPhone 6; S6 will compete heads and shoulders with 6S and those videos will be all over the net soon.
So, I hope Android fans will accept that iPhone specs are not so 2010 or 2012; in fact they are as good as the latest Android specs. And give credit to iPhones if they can be as good as Android flagships with multi-core processors and 2/3/4GB RAMs.

It ... moreGreat video dude:)
The Z3+ is such a slouch. It was the slowest of the lot despite having Qualcomm's most advanced chipset. I wouldn't really say 6 is better or faster than S6, but 6S should certainly be heads and shoulders with S6.
Android fans can only brag about the number of cores and RAm, but most usual tasks require only two cores and the other cores in 6/8 core phones act as auxiliaries and aid in multi-tasking.

Hyehy, 13 Sep 2015I am an android user but not really a fandroid. I just boug... more"cuz even though it has really low specs,"
It doesnt, for example iPhone chip is fastest in the market except in multithread tasks.
Most tasks only need two cores and Apple putting a lot of effort to make those single core speeds very fast, thats why iPhone can beat every other phones in speed tests, this new model going to fly super fast. Cant wait to see speedtest videos.
http://youtu.be/gHi8-scxJ54 here's already iPhone 6 beating phones like s6, z3+ lg g4

Anonymous, 13 Sep 2015Again, as previously stated, it is NOT Google. Google come... moreAt the end, it's the user who gets to suffer. The OEMs dnt offer the latest update; yet they claim that they are making their phones well advanced of iPhones especially so that they can run future Android builds perfectly. Imagine your $700 plus Note5 with great hardware and 4GB RAM not being supported for Android 7.0 or 7.x.x. How would you feel?
At least, iPhone 6S will be supported till the next 5 years, as is Apple's usually policy of rolling out updates for eligible handsets and Macs for 5 years. Each Apple product gets 5 updates (the major OS updates) with innumerable minor ones to address bug fixes.

AnonD-385853, 13 Sep 2015So for you only update matters... Btw The flagships of andr... moreI would like to contradict you. The Note 2 or S3 were flagships, didn't get Android 5.0. The iPhone 4S will get the 9.1.
And dnt pin your hopes too high on the Z5. Last years' Z3 was reduced to shambles when it entered into a competition with the iPhone 6. Despite a dual-core processor with 1GB RAM, the 6 was snappy and faster than the Z3 at every task thrown at it and the 8mp camera on the 6 simply made the Z3 look like a poor loser.
The Note5 is truly a great device and it's probably the only device that can outperform this year's 6S duo, still competitions are due and we should reserve our comments for the future.

Well it's heartening to see an Android user actually talking about the usefulness of iPhones and iOS. I dnt have any problems with android users boasting of their high spec-ed Android devices. But the problem is they feel that only high-end Android phones can perform brilliantly. They pretty much use their superb high spec-ed devices to post or browse FB, a few websites, play a few games, chat on whatsapp or hike, listen to music and click pictures. All iPhones right from the 4S to the 6s can perform all these things without breaking a sweat. And infact, every year, the iPhone with its modest architecture can outperform all Android flagships. Last year, the 6 blasted the S5 and LG G3, the best Android phones of 2014.
I will surely hope you get to buy an iPhone soon, u will surely find things working differently on an iPhone and albeit smoothly. Go for the 6, it's going to get cheaper this year and is a pretty good phone.

Anonymous, 13 Sep 2015Again, as previously stated, it is NOT Google. Google come... moreGoogle fault.. Vendor fault.. people fault.. why need to go into such details?
End results: No updates. As simple as that. You buy a phone that last only 1 to 2 years.. praying for updates to hit you.. And if yours is an obscure Android phone, your chances of updates are nearly zero.
You say iPhone is expensive, you can get the last year model at cheaper rate in mint condition, and YET outperform any Android of the previous year! On top of that, you get years and years of support and updates from Apple.
In all seriousness you waste more money on Android then you are on iOS nowadays, if your goal is to get the best hardware with the best OS updates. But of course if you care not of such things, or lag, just get a 100$ Android phone and be happy.

Agh85, 12 Sep 2015OEMs and Google both decide on how long they want to push u... moreAgain, as previously stated, it is NOT Google. Google comes out with new OS' and updates in the same manner that Apple comes out with new OS' and updates. Same can now be said for Microsoft for both their phones as well as other manufacturer's phones which run WP.
The difference between ios and Android is Apple controls both the OS and the smartphone, whereas Google only controls Android. It's up to the manufacturers to decide which models of their smartphone gets the update.
