      There were 3 iPhone 8s left by then and the price had dropped to 500 euros so i went and picked it up.

      Battery started draining faster in June 2020 and kept getting worse.
      By the end of 2020 i had to charge the phone up to 3 times a day.
      Throughout 2021, i haven't noticed any drastic changes, but i can't be too sure with it
      I'm thinking about replacing it, but i don't know about any trusted stores where i can be sure they won't scam me with a bad battery. For now i'm gonna wait for ios 15 and see if that helps, otherwise i'll have to ask around

          Worst battery i've ever seen on a smartphone.
          I leave it turned off overnight while i'm sleeping and it goes down by atleast 15%, wifi is also turned off
          While i'm using it constantly it can't even last 2 hours.
          When i played Genshin Impact it went from 100% to 20% in 1 hour and 40 mins
          Battery health says it's 97% and it's still garbage

            Will rethink few more days, maybe something really cheap comes out. :D

              It's nearly impossible to find a new one as Apple hasn't been selling them for more than a year now

                Hello everybody!
                I'm interested in buying iphone 8 to replace my Mate 20 pro. To be honest, I'm getting sick of big phones and looking for something compact. As 12 mini is way out of my budget, I'm considering this. Second hand costs about 200 euros in my country.
                My only concern about it is battery life, mostly because it don't come with fast charger included. On Mate I have 40W charger so I don't ever care about battery since I can top it in 15 mins to last me a day.
                I don't play games and don't use social networks except YT. I use phone for calls, few mail accounts, texting, YT.
                Will 8 be able to survive my day from 5am to 10pm?

                  I sold my iPhone 8 after a month because of serious battery life issues. It lasts about 2 hours in games and 3 hours of video playback. If you want an iPhone that doesn't have to be charged multiple times a day, get an 11 and avoid the 8.

                        Is it just me or is the volume from the phones speakers bluetooth earpiece and speakers really low and weak? If it’s not any advice on how to increase the volume especially for earpiece and Bluetooth speakers

I personally don’t, because my iPhone is always in my pocket, but my iPad isn‘t. And when I want a bigger screen for something like YouTube, I actually use a MacBook because the screen stands up on its own and is adjustable to multiple angles and more stable at that.

                                  Yes Amoled will prone to green screen especially with very high ppi density not always because of damage, the software update can causing this too

Just millimeters bigger because of the 7000 series aluminum since the 6s, and glass back since the iPhone 8, but that is unnoticeable.
