Worst battery i've ever seen on a smartphone.
I leave it turned off overnight while i'm sleeping and it goes down by atleast 15%, wifi is also turned off
While i'm using it constantly it can't even last 2 hours.
When i played Genshin Impact it went from 100% to 20% in 1 hour and 40 mins
Battery health says it's 97% and it's still garbage

Will rethink few more days, maybe something really cheap comes out. :D

It's nearly impossible to find a new one as Apple hasn't been selling them for more than a year now

Hello everybody!
I'm interested in buying iphone 8 to replace my Mate 20 pro. To be honest, I'm getting sick of big phones and looking for something compact. As 12 mini is way out of my budget, I'm considering this. Second hand costs about 200 euros in my country.
My only concern about it is battery life, mostly because it don't come with fast charger included. On Mate I have 40W charger so I don't ever care about battery since I can top it in 15 mins to last me a day.
I don't play games and don't use social networks except YT. I use phone for calls, few mail accounts, texting, YT.
Will 8 be able to survive my day from 5am to 10pm?

I sold my iPhone 8 after a month because of serious battery life issues. It lasts about 2 hours in games and 3 hours of video playback. If you want an iPhone that doesn't have to be charged multiple times a day, get an 11 and avoid the 8.

Is it just me or is the volume from the phones speakers bluetooth earpiece and speakers really low and weak? If it’s not any advice on how to increase the volume especially for earpiece and Bluetooth speakers

I personally don’t, because my iPhone is always in my pocket, but my iPad isn‘t. And when I want a bigger screen for something like YouTube, I actually use a MacBook because the screen stands up on its own and is adjustable to multiple angles and more stable at that.

ric, 28 Jul 2021i am confused now i want to try iphone 8 im planning to swa... moreiPhone has all it best, No problem like Note8 Oled Greenscreen and USB port issue, Slow synchro flash helps at low light, Best performance and Best photo cam, even only PDAF but fast, Fluid Hardware even with Low RAM but the iOS is only closed source and fully optimised, No worry with it, IPS LCD Dci P3 nears the OLED and similar with Samsung and LG display, but LCD has less problematic since it already perfect, No Edge Class so can put tempered glass without problem

Yes Amoled will prone to green screen especially with very high ppi density not always because of damage, the software update can causing this too

if you love gaming better use android but if you want fo better photo quality i highly recommend i phone for social media. like insta fb or any platform you can post your pics
