Gsmarena can u try again for the battery test i think you wrong because i have exchanged my note 20 ultra with iphone se 3 and let’s be honest it has better battery i don’t know why but iphone se 3 got some serious power and I recommend it, never gonna get back on exynos or snapdragon shitty chips, i love android but apple processors are just mind blow

-Swipe up can close my texting app
-Prefer Control Center from bottom
-Can see my battery % clearer without a notch
I've been offered from AT&T to get an iPhone 12 mini for $1 per month for the next 36 months if I sign up for an unlimited plan. No thank you. Sold my 12 mini and zero regrets.
I really hated when I would type and it would accidentally close because the space bar is right above the gesture line. Certain games require a swipe up gesture. And my Pixel 3 took better photos than the 12 mini.
I guess iPhone SE 3 will be the last to have Touch ID, home button, and sim tray to avoid that e-sim nonsense when you want to switch between phones a lot. Apple will not bring back a fingerprint security in the foreseeable future. The SE 3 is truly a Special Edition.
The SE 4 will give us more overrated bezel-less crap. More inconvenience with Face ID that you end up inputting your passcode more than half of the time. More inconvenience using a swipe up gesture which can accidentally close apps. A notch that will get in the way viewing content or a simple battery %.
Love my iPhone SE 2022. The last great iPhone before more brainless sheeple think Face ID, touch gestures, a hideous notch, and e-sim only is actually better for us when they aren't and never will be.

If you have the money and want newer tech(Ultra wide cam, night-mode, FaceID, Better battery, Magsafe), go for 13 mini... If you want a small phone but on a budget and likes Touch ID better and doesn't care much with the smaller display, no night mode single cam, and slightly lower battery, go for iPhone SE 3.

I wouldn’t mind if Apple kept this design for another 5 or 10 years with just slight updates every now and then, like they did with the iPad 5-9. There is really nothing wrong with it. Some newer, more power efficient SoCs and modems, battery with slightly higher capacity maybe in the same footprint, more storage and RAM, same or reduced price over the years to capture new demographics, it would be great.

Still the best compact phone in the market by far, in fact by very far. Battery life is much better that the figures quoted in the GSMArena Test. Unbeatable value as far as iPhones go.

While waiting on my iPhone 13 mini to arrive from Amazon, I'm currently using my backup iPhone 7 which, on the surface, is the same as the SE, and it's a real pleasure to use. It's simply designed, and fits easily into my pockets and my not-so-big hands. When placed next to an iPhone equipped with and AMOLED display, you certainly notice a difference in colors and a slight difference in resolution. Otherwise, out of sight, out of mind, the colors and resolution on the LCD is just fine. Performance on my 7 is still good for typical smartphone activities, with it's 2016 specs, so the updated SE's specs is a no-brainer!
Because I'm a photographer and an aspiring videographer, I'm spending the extra money on the 13 mini for the ultrawide lens, Night Mode, and Cinematic Mode. Other than that, I'd definitely be getting the SE!

I read for some users that e-sim is a nightmare when traveling abroad. I feel I own the two best iPhones ever made and of their series design.
