Completely agree on user experience.
Apple provides great after sales warranty support, regular software and security updates.
The phone you buy will be supported for a long time.
With Android apart from Google, Nokia, and Essential you really dont know what your getting in terms of support. Especially Samsung and Huawei who are all over the place bragging, not providing enough after sales support.

That's because majority of their user-base, either don't care enough about the specs, they just want a reliable experience. Reliability often isn't cutting edge, it very well could be, but obviously Apple would choose to earn more $ per device, while compensating that with "unique" tech features and their iOS, known for simplicity, ease of use and stability.
Though I'm not so sure about the iOS anymore, it needs more big changes, and it recently isn't being very stable either... but more stable than Android - sure.

Truly say iphone is strong on SoC performance only. Nothing special offer,but peoples like to share how expensive smart devices their own.So stupid consumer attitude.Be realistic thinking would be help them.

it is so funny how apply says every year, its the best Iphone yet boasting new features. if you stop for one second you will realise they didnt say its the best phone. Then the features heheh of all the boasting all these features are existing on other phones and running better on them as well. Apple said they will make a trillion on the X and people were like i have to have it. they get a 4 out of 5 rating but have more flaws than plus. now they are out with left over cases and decided to spray some colours and yep you guessed it sell them at a higher price to their following.
