Apple takes the iPhone 7 Plus to the barber shop to showcase Portrait Mode once more

Vlad, 15 May 2017

Apple has been producing a lot of iPhone 7 Plus ads focusing on Portrait Mode - the camera feature that made its debut in iOS 10.1 back in October. Portrait Mode blurs the background of your shots letting the person in the portrait stand out much more. We've seen quite a few Portrait Mode ads already, but today Apple has decided to out another one.

This time around, it's taking the iPhone 7 Plus to a barber shop. Over there, Portrait Mode is used when shooting images of certain customers. The resulting pictures are then printed and added to the storefront, drawing in more and more customers until a big line forms outside.

This all happens because "in Portrait mode on the iPhone 7 Plus, you don’t just look good", Apple says. Instead, "you look fantastic". Oh, and the words "practically magic" appear in the video which is embedded above, so you have to watch it - if only for that.

There are numerous complaints about the iPhone 7 plus camera (both front and rear) going black...has the company admitted its fault ? I had to get my device replaced because of the fault...IPHONES ARE SIMPLY OVER-RATED
