Unless you are a doctor or have a knowledge in your body. How can you be sure that your heartbeat is beating normally? Same goes for the ECG?

I have the Series 0 (I think that's what it was dubbed in the end?) in stainless steel and I can also confirm that I have not a single mark on the screen on my watch.
I've caught it on all sorts but not a scratch or a scuff to be seen.
I have now ordered the Series 4 and although its more expensive again, I think its worth the additional money to get the stainless steel version over the aluminium option.
