Asus just announced new model with faster processor Intel atom z2560 with higher resolution camera and dual speaker. its call Fonepad HD7. It should be out this month.

The phone battery dra... moreme too, having the same problem.it's just 1 month old, but charge it cant hold battery much longer and now it has been switched off, cant power on.also it doesn't charging!!!, somebody please help me to turn things back to normal.

Hi, I just send my Fonepad to the sc. The phone battery drain out and totally flat and cannot be charge (it shows ?)they just called me and said will change a new motherboard but can't save the files. I have took some picture during my vacation in HK & Macau before I could save to my PC and now its all gone.

I like the screen of fonepad, plus the software that you can adjust the color with your preference.

When my device is in battery drain, the whole device is very hot, I can the metal back is hot, even put in stand by, the battery just drain out a few hour without using anything.

jhonny durf, 21 Sep 2013hi, could anyone help me. i have fonepad and i bought it 2w... moreThis could be the sign of system crash. You can try uninstall the Google Play Store, the you will be able to access the default play store. From there, let the system auto update the Google Play Store again.
Second method, delete your Google Play Store account, then re-sign in the account.
Third method, restore your device to factory setting.
I encounter this problem before my device crash and cannot restart anymore. My phone call and messaging apps also crash at the same time. After the whole device crash, I end up exchanged with a new unit.

hi, could anyone help me. i have fonepad and i bought it 2weeks ago. i use the play store to download games but after a week the play store has stopped working and every time i switch on the pad it shows " unfortunately, the process com.google.process gaspps has stopped " on the screen. please i need your help.. thanks.

hi guys, is there anybody can help me to solve my problem. i bought a fonepad few weeks ago for my daughter. at first, i try to use the play store to search games to download and it does but after a week the play store has stop working,its just searching for less than a minute and stop even i try to press the play store button many times and switch off and on again the pad. i have a good internet signal. anybody has an idea to tell me what to do to solve my problem because this is the main reason why i bought this pad to download games for my child.thank you very much..
