I forgot three things which i would really like to know...
First: Is ASUS paying you for hiding its so called fonepad faults?
Second: What review you expect if your device stopped downloading file because of insufficient memory though in setting-->Storage-->Internal Storage. it is showing 45 MB available?? (I guess 11th reason for NOT buying it)
Three: what are your technical expertise??

See Samsung supports video calling and asus wont support video calling and main draw back is asus internal memory is 9gb and samsung is 16gb inbuilt memory. For gaming purpose samsung is da best.

It's funny I'am a person with small hands and don't have a problem holding the Asus Fonepad. I must admit though that I never make long conversations on the phone. So for me this Fonepad is an ideal companion. I can make or receive calls whenever needed but also have all the other digital gadgets at an excellent level with me.

                                  Pros:

                                  - good display (sharp even outdoors in outdoor mode it is reasonable)
                                  - GPS works excellent
                                  - easily slips in the pocket of your jacket (trousers not so)
                                  - phone very good (voice clear and loud - receiving + transmitting)
                                  - CPU works smooth (video, You Tube, email)
                                  - long battery time (recharge 2 hours)
                                  - sharp price for a good phone + tablet
