Got the same problem about 30% shut down without any notice about low batt. Put to service centre and they replace the main board. I'm Not sure it's the battery.but I'm. Pretty sure it got problem on ic power or other hardware.oh n mine still got warranty for any problem..

I just bought mine last July, recently it says there is update to lollipop so I download and install , the sad part is I cannot use it anymore, it move to another even without touching it, how can I get back to old version of Android

I usually restart my tab after two days used .. to gain the best software performance.. n i got no problem with this tab performance.. once a month charge it under 20 percent. To gain the best performance of our gadget.. not just asus brand.. :-)

hi.ive just upgraded my tablet to android 5.since that time my tablet doest get fully charged.it just take 77 percent charge.i had mo problem before upgrading.i wonder how to restore it to android 4.

Hi! I am facing some problems after upgrading to KitKat 4.4.2 version. None of my sim slot is working... when I insert a sim it shows the name of the operator..but it does not seem to work. can you please suggest any solutions? Thanks!
