The SOC is something like a motherboard in a computer where all the different componenets like CPU, controllers etc are plugged in.
This SOC contains all the components like CPU(quad-core ARM Cortex-A9 1.2ghz), GPU (12-core GeForce ULP), memory controller etc build into it.

I am having trouble accessing the internet using my 3g reliance sim . have tried manually entering the APN settings but don't help.any suggestions?

have no idea if it is the new (2013)nexus7 or google but this is with out any question the slowest poc i have ever had to deal with, i have high speed broadband and am sitting on top of the router it takes 10 min to open play store muchless any thing else
