D_D, 16 Aug 2013Guys- as the New Nexus 7 is about to arrive (Cellular one),... morethe old version is good why buy that new model heck its expensive and when you have already a cellphone that is considered a smart phone unless your using an analog device phone.. the new one is just similar that of the okd they just add a cam on its back but you have a cellphone already that can take picture or maybe a dslr or a still camera.. you can also root the old one and make it new if you are a freaking tech geek..

I use nexus 7 WiFi which can use sim. Can anyone help me how to use net setter or dongle in tat . I tried many way but I was failed. .

I love the Nexus 7.2 but I will not be buying it .....micro sd slot would.have made it a very attractive purchase but I do not want things sticking.out of micro usb fitting.Google might like me to go the way of CLOUD ... but I do not think so....I would rather be.old fashioned for a little bit longer and store stuff on hard drives and micro sd cards etc.SO GOOGLE HAS LOST ONE CUSTOMER...and there are quite a few million people like me who are.not ready for CLOUD ...so Google should think of them also....and consider their needs.So it seems like I will be looking elsewhere for my small tablet...and that makes me sad because I really was looking forward to a Nexus 7......maybe next year .....a Nexus 7.3....but only if the micro sd slot is on board and also microusb and an hdmi port...and an even slimmer ..almost edge to edge screen.....and if possible a removable battery

Guys- as the New Nexus 7 is about to arrive (Cellular one), but do you think still the Old one a good one to continue? I am planning to buy one, but New One (Cellular Model) is too expensive in local market, where the Old one is very economic as per me.

But I recommend you to take Nexus 10 if your budget suits. I bought my Nexus 7 in December-2012 from Toronto, Canada and it works awesome. I am very much satisfied with the product, now I wish I might have taken a 10 instead of 7. Now it's your call.

don't purchase this tablet one of the worst and bad tablet. i
n my tablet 5 month old few days before LCD screen was scratch automatically. after I search Google some people was faced the same problem. only left side corner of the screen. don't waste money.

Hi, I am from Indonesia, I have no idea if the new nexus 7 will be available in my country or not (and when?).
By any chance, at the end of this month I have a trip to Macau, HK and Thailand, does anybody know if the new nexus 7 has already been available in one of those places, what price? and where is the place I can buy it?

I have just purchased Nexus 7 (2012) 32Gb wifi.
The built-in OS is Android 4.2.
When I first activated/ran the Nexus, it automatically downloaded OS update to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.
Should I go ahead and install 4.3? Any known downside to this version?
