WJS, 28 Jun 2012Just buy a micro USB storage device for it It is difficult to keep the external device stuck in micro USB port, it can get damaged the connector or unplagged.
These days for $200 we should get a 8.9" or 10.1" screen, hard to type and read on 7", it is almost as a smart cell phone without sim card!

Most people can now get a tablet and this will drive the price of tablets down very quickly...thumbs up google. The only problem is that many tablet manufacturers will be affected by the google tablet. I wish the screen was at least 8.9" though.

Just don't understand why they love to omit Micro SD expansion slot....Is it very expensive to add one why a card ready can have it for a couple of dollars.....It just make the device imperfect....sigh

You can probably get an adapter for the microsd slot instead though its a little annoying. I have one for my galaxy tab 10.1 and it works just fine.

Cmon 8gb storage is very less . And with no wifi hot spot . In india there very very very very very less places with wifi so deal breaker btr get asus

Isnt Blackberry playbook better than this, even if nexus has better processor whats the use if has just 8 gb memory and that too not expandable.

Good spec,Good features one drawback is no microsd slot,
how can enjoy it? 16GB is too small, TEGRA games is almost a GB per game,
you cannot store more videos,music...
google why no microsd? even your smartphone made by google no micro sd,

No back camera is fine. no 3g, still its done. B... moreIf you want to stream saved movies/music then surely using a NAS drive would be beneficial? That way the tablet and your phone can access the same information. Also, Chrome browser will sync all together.
