Just to remind everyone here 6s still got an update. That garbage phone got an update. Android manufacturers are doing planned outdating of their devices even before it's released by not providing updates.

I don't care about Rog 5 for now coz atm, still waiting for Android 11 update on my ROG 3. This bad update culture of Rog phones is something that puts me off and I think it could be one of my deciding factors on considering Rog phones in the future along with problems like black crush issue. Other than that, I'm extremely happy with my Rog 3 and ain't buying another phone yet. It's super super super superrrrr good.

It won't matter if something like black crush issue in rog 3 will be there. It will ruin all experience.

This smartphone is so weak it has not even 120w charging or 1440p display and only 144hz??

its 1400 Mbps and 4 Gbps for 5G in rog 5
its 2000 Mbps and 4.4 Gbps for 5G in rog 3

It's hard to decide on whether to pick this ASUS or the ZTE nubia Red Magic 6. I do like the dual USB-C port and the 3.5mm audio jack with Quad DAC system alongside the bigger battery, but the nubia is about half the price of this ASUS and it has a built-in cooling fan.
Tough decision here.

Post reveal: had the final variant been 12GB RAM/512GB ROM (because 16GB/256GB makes zero sense...), I would have probably sufficed with the 'vanilla' variant (even without the cooler).
I'm still going to wait for the Xperia one mark iii announcement. If it fails miserably, the 5 Pro will probably be my next phone since I don't care about water resistance or camera (if a working GCam mod comes out, that will pretty much fix most of the camera problems so I'm not worried).
