But then again, if you think from rich perspective that is independent from greed (not all), less is more aka 'why bother with SD card when there is online storage available whenever I need to retrieve' or gourmet food analogy serve in small portion to savor or nutrition based not quantity? Despite some good specs this phone is very hard to recommend. Asus support is bad and from the software standpoint it has a very short life.

They don't really care about the Quality Games available on android since most of the time. And it has been for decades. That Android is Emulator Dependent. If not. It's because the developers aren't porting their games on android due to extreme piracy that is plaguing the android. So If your seeing an android smartphone such as this one. Chances are that only about 10% or less that will bought this unit with 24GB RAM 1TB storage option. Most of the time. Users will go for the Mid class smartphones or just a 2nd hand.
I recently owned a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 for 6 years until the USB port is starting to malfunction. So I decided to get an S23 Ultra. And you might wonder why I didn't get the S24 Ultra. It's because ANDROID 14 is facing a lot of issues in regards with the apps and games.

At least they gave a headphone jack, ... moreYeah and that is very sad, for me SD Card is mandatory so i need a phone with it, currently using Oppo Reno12 Pro but I'm dreaming about that Xperia 1 VI, or even older one like Xperia 1 III or IV but they hold price extremely well and still not affordable by any mean. I can't understand why high-end OnePlus, Samsung, Motorola, Google or even Xiaomi nowadays doesn't include SD Card slot, i mean is it THAT costly to include one? Seriously something is wrong and i cannot see a reason why remove such an amazing feature.

so... compared to the 8 pro, the only upgrade , is the cpu chip.... anything else? maybe battery... we are heading to samsung and iphone "upgrade" territory. Sorry not gonna buy, also 2 year update policy is a joke for this priced phone
