What's the use of ray tracing, astronomical benchmarks and so on when you have you don't a quality games to play on.
And yes, pubg, cod, coc are not quality games, at least by console/ pc standards. They are just cash grab cancer.

This is just another because "we can" thing. 3 GHz Is more than enough for smartphone. Just focus on the stability and battery lfe. I would rather choose phone with 2 days battery life than 4 GHz. Who even play AAA game on smartphone.

Play COD mobile on Max settings at 185hz. Mock the Apple Users that they are using garbage iPhones that can't Assasin's Creed Mirage at 120FPS even on Iphone 16 Pro Max. And so on..

On the side note, Imagine if Nintendo where to make their own Phone using this processor with their own In house OS. Similar to SWITCH OS. Though Phones these days are getting competitive now a days, I don't think Nintendo can compete. Especially with iOS and now Huawei now making their own in-house OS, look at what happened to Symbian OS, it was not able to keep up with Android's better UI.
I guess Nintendo is better off making their own 3rd party store for Android/iOS like Epic Game Stores. So many potential of porting old Nintendo games to Phones.
Makes me wonder if Sony would do the same, #BringBackXperiaPlay

Dang, with Snapdragon 8 Elite, this could be a replacement to VR Headsets like Oculus Quest 2, or the Pico 4 which uses Snapdragon XR 2, I wish they would make an accessory to turn Phones into a VR Headset and connect to Steam VR, just like what they did to Pimax Portal which also uses Snapdragon XR 2 processor.

I am just waiting for the 9 Pro to launch now... Counting down the days to official launch. And then count down the days for pre-order... Interested in Red Magic. But had one before. Insanely good gaming phones. Currently have the Redmi K50G (Esports Edition) with Black shark cooler. Such a good gaming phone that GSMArena made something out of it. Was going to buy the RoG 8 Pro but thought I would wait a bit due to such a change in design from previous editions. Now really looking forward to a monumental gaming phone with more power than the A18 Pro... Wish Rog could use the D9400 processor... Do realise how powerful that GPU is in the D9400? Way more powerful than the 8 Elite... (Which is crazy powerful anyway...) - 185hz refresh rate... Yes please!!!
