The laser on the back wont be seen by you, its a technology used in the device.
Here is the detailed explanation :
Laser focus cameras try to be more accurate. They emit a tiny infrared laser, which bounces off the subject and back towards the camera, where it is registered by a sensor. The camera already knows the speed of the laser and the sensor notes the time taken. By using the “speed = distance / time” formula, the camera knows the distance to the subject, and focuses accordingly.
All of this happens in an instant and the end result is that laser focus works faster than contrast detection, and also has the advantage of working well in low-light environments—which is a constant problem with contrast detection.

Disable OK google detection.
Run SMMI test to check if your microphone doesn't has any hardware related issue.
Go to Calculator=>type " .12345+= "
you will be entered to SMMI_TEST
Make sure your device is on the latest firmware version
wipe cache partition after every update

But during call s... moreThat is an option when you want to talk to someone live in front of you while you listen to music or on the phone, simply just flip the phone down. If you don't want that option just go to set-up and turn that option off

i bought this before 1 mnth is good and now nthng problem bt some time i call a person he not hear my voice 10-20 sec thne after it automatically solve so any body know how to slove tis prblem

Hey sir since i bought this phone i never have any problem
First i was using iPhone 4s i was keeping powerbank. But after this phone i throw that bank jst love this phone thank u soo much for the amazing cell phone.....bat3 backup is good upto hours in 3g.....and camera result is mindblowing.....

Force Stop the app => Select Clear Cache and data => uninstall updates=>Restart phone=>reinstall the app.
update all ZenUI apps, if the issue still persist wipe cache partition and factory reset
