Go to settings => Apps => select the Camera app=>
Force Stop the app => Select Clear Cache and data => uninstall updates=>Restart phone=>reinstall the app.

update all ZenUI apps, if the issue still persist wipe cache partition and factory reset

Run SMMI test & check if your mobile network works properly :
Go to Calculator=>type " .12345+= "
you will be entered to SMMI_TEST

Check with your network provider
Don't use cut SIM
Wipe cache partition from recovery

Please check below steps:
 Recommend customer to use only micro SIM and not cut SIM.
 Check whether SIM setting is activated or not (settingàDual SIM card setting à inserted SIM is selected or not)
 Check for latest FOTA update,
 help to check unit in safe mode: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1005163/
 if working fine in safe mode perform factory reset,
 Cross test SIM in another unit.

I've bought this phone couple a month back.

Initially I used the SIM 2 slot alone and mobile data worked fine in slot 2. But for the past 2 weeks, if I switch on the mobile data and try to access, the signal for the 2 is completely lost. Without noticing it, I bought another SIM and using it in slot and data from.

I think, it should happened because of the software update, if anyone have the same problem.... please let me know, so that we can do "factory restore settings"

Please anyone who know to fix other than the above problem, please help. (I'll check the comments frequently)

Zenfone is configured with Quad-Core processor, little warmness/ heating can be felt at backside while using the phone which may vary depending
upon the CPU usage and ambient environment. but no need to worry about it as all Product passed safety & security test.

To minimise CPU usage follow below steps:
1. Enable “Powersaver” (Settings >Power management)
2. Close apps that are not used (bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, etc.)
3. Boost memory when you see memory consumes is high with no app running,
4. check for background running applications, stop/disable unwanted apps, you can also manage background running apps from auto-start manager.

as these android phone have very tiny parts inside and its get heated up very quickly....
if you have a cam-recorder separately use it........because it is designed for that purpose only these mobile cameras are exceptional only
big secret is android itself a half backed cookie keep it in mind follow accordingly my dear....thank you!!!!

which are audible too but in noisy places we have to keep it in the vibration mode also.........

and you face multi tasking issues also after you install some apps into your device........
what you get more from moto is water resistant and google updates if they listed your device...............
