Don't extract UL-ZOOL-WW-1.13.40.444-user.rar file. If you extract mobile won't recognize as system update. Copy rar file in internal storage. When you disconnect mobile from pc . It will show you that you have a new update.

Can u explain in detail what actually happening...
Is your mobile is showing any error messages while connecting to data connection.
Have you tried with other sims ?.
Have you tried factory reset settings... or have to tried to clear cache memory.
Let me know what actually the problem. I will try to solve the problem.

They are lots of buyers are telling ..camera not good ..bla bla..but this camera is amazing....I took some snaps deapth of field...like DSLR its was amazing,pls check in ur camera setting there default its given 8mp change to 13mp 4:3 then start booming...

You can go with this mobile...
If you are a normal user you can use this mobile for two days with a single charge
If you are a moderate user you can use for 1 and half days
If you are a heavy user you can use for 12 - 18 hours
No lag, No over heating with this mobile.........

Im facing problem in brand new Asus zenfone 2 lazer 550kl.., home screen then open shutter first tools four icons are not working.., then click icon ( Unfortunatly system UI stopped) since wen i buy my new phone.., pls slove my issue as soon as possible..

Asus has released third update, u can see update in asus website. Even you can download from asus website, download size is 1.7gb. Download this and update i am sure you will get ram more than 1 gb in most cases........

Very nice mobile compared to k3 note,moto xplay,no heating problem,no ram problems, long battery,but i think camery not 13 megapixel level

Hi all, I'm looking for suggestions about which zenfone should I buy. I'm just a moderate user, which I just need a smart phone that is not too expensive, no sudden drain in battery, no laggy. I just want to use it as others normal smart phone only, can surf for net and able to open document, that's it. Hope anyone who has used several types of zenfone can suggest me which zenfone to buy. Thanks

Camera is good in daylight and average in low light conditions.
No heating issues...
But when you use camera for long time mobile will heat up. Even It will cross 50 degrees if you use for 30 minutes continuously.
Except this mobile will not heat up in any case.
I have used lenovo a6000 plus, lenovo a7000, moto g2, k3 note...
Compare to these mobiles it is very nice one. Go with it...
