I have used mobile for about a week without screenguard or tampered glass. And I have two scratches on my screen not very deep light scratches. So you have to protect your mobile screen.

AnonD-443765, 29 Sep 2015check out after removing screen guard.......Yes problem with your screen guard or tampered glass. You have proximity sensor at top left of the screen. When you place screen guard or tampered glass it is not allowing sensor to work even there are transparent. So you use screen guards or tampered glass which are made for this model. I am using tampered glass and it is working fine...

You will find serial number in settings---about...
You have to download firmware. Size of the firmware is 1.7 GB and it is in rar format. Just copy that filr in internal storage if you don't have SD card. If you face any problems in finding serial number. Then search by mobile model number in Asus website. Path---support---drivers and manual --- firmware...
You will find three updates. Download latest firmware. Still if you have doubts you can ask me...

Hey Guys !!. I have ordered this phone after lot of reviews shared by our friends here. I just want to know does this phone requires any screen guard/tempered glass like other phones?
B'cos it does comes with corning gorilla glass. Do we need screen guard or just like that we can use this phone?
Could anyone plz share your thoughts on the same?

battery is decreasing quickly and another problem is overheat but phone work is awesome

I just bought the zenfone 2 weeks ago.My phone is very slow and i also face the problem of hanging.As well as i get only a little space of RAM

I only get 500-800 ram free
It is true though it has a ram cleaner n after cleaning we get 1gb free then too we should get 1 gb everytime free right?

In my case there is no heating at all while charging or talking more than 30 minutes.
So go for immediate replacement...

1. http://support.asus.com .
2. Click on download.
3. Enter Serial Number of your mobile.
4. Download latest firmware.
5. Copy rar file in sd card.
Mobile will detect update as soon as you paste the file. Then update

I bought this one month before. The phone future is super.I am facing lot of problem in this phone. The battery drains very fast. It restart regularly. The system update was the problem. Please dont buy these defeated phone.
