and some fixed it and uploaded... all the procedure at this blog.. i didt it and its working... my phone is zenfone 2 laser ze550kl 2gb variant..

[deleted post]sorry for the problems and revenue loss in business .
1) I think you have bought through , third party website from indididual seller ,
2) if you bought from asus owned website means , you not in get in problems .
3) don't buy from online stores , buy through asus offline stores
4) I bought at asus exclusive show rooms through offline mode, I personally went there and choosed the phone after checking of screen damaged
5) if you have a valid purchased bill , and if you already conformed that your phone is original means , put a case in consumer court and fight for the justice on behalf of many consumers like you , wish you all the best

1) I bought the phone at aus exclusive showroom through offline mode , because to check damaged before buying ,
2) asus company sells only through owned website for online customers that's in usa
3) asus company does sells through third party website like flipkart or amazon .
4) I think you bought through online third party website through third party indididual seller only
