I am using this phone from from past 3 months, I have so many issues with the phone and contacted customer care they replaced my motherboard now I am not getting proper 4g signal it is oscillating between volte and 4g, unable to call.
So don't buy this mobile who need the mobile for a long time use

erv, 29 Oct 2016can anyone know why the touch of it is a big problem.. i do... moretouch responsive nes s depends no of application running background an d its services unknowly , some apps are opened by us , so touch problems comes ,
try these ::
disable glove mode
boot in safemode and recheck it

settings --display --sleep--choose 10 minutes--- exit
settings --lock screen---automatically lock --10 minutes --exit
reboot the phone
now call some one , screen doe s not goes off , because proximity sensor are not enabled

Please fix my problem as I'm facing with sensor problem, when i calling some one the screen sensor offs and again it was not returning back with on... i am checking with the power button always

SEBAX, 27 Oct 2016yes i also having same problem raju please solve ittill problems came in 21.40.1220.1794 and then I updated 21.40.1220.1877 289mb and then I restarted wifi not worked ,
steps
1) went to recovery mode did I hardreset and switch off
2) went to recovery mode did I cleared wipe cache partition and switch off
3) went to recovery mode and installed update 21.40.1220.1974 offline through memory card , message installed successfully without error
4) rebooted the phone , came to welcome scrren , signed in , cancelled all updates built in applications and I then again I updated 21.40.1220.1877 through FOTA , rebooted twice ,
5) problems solved

E:Can't open/cache/recovery/last_log
E:failed to mount /cache (invalid argument)
E:failed to mount /data (invalid argument)
i also having the same problem like this...please solve it raju and tell the steps to solve it...@ RAJU
