Hi everybody
I'm using asus cell phone since 2 years ago, the model " Zenfone 2 Laser ZOOLD ZE550KL". I never expect that Asus produce such garbage . I checked it's serial number and i'm sure that it is an original one not a fake! as a user i am unwilling and should mention that this cell phone is really useless and slow. perhaps, other products if this company like computer wizards have enough quality but its cell phones are useless and this will be my last mistake about thinking for buying Asus cell phone again and i advise to all readers that never never buy these cellphones if you don't like to wast your money!

So I was planning to buy Asus zenfone selfie (It's not like I'm a selfie addict or anything, I just enjoyed taking pictures about mother nature 😏) until my friend recommend this phone, can someone please tell me which one is better?

I want to Update My ASUS ZE550KL to Latesh Verstion OS. But, I'm Confus.Bcz i read so many user review about updating.... No one can fully satisfy to update ZE550KL, every user facing different problmes,
My ph. Runing 1.10 Year, i'm never face any prblm with 5.0.1 OS.
So
If i update ZE550KL to Android M 6.0+
Have any problam....?

Hi raju how many hours of screen on time(SOT) U r getting on ur device nd what do u think about switching to custom roms,do they help in increasing battery backup? Bcs asus is not going to provide nougat update in this but with the help of custom roms mny user r using nougat in this and even oreo.....

I am asking this becoz I am using mivi bluetooth earphones whuch are aptx product and when I connect these earphones with my phone a message "you are ussing aptx' pop up . but I am not sure whether my phone is aptx product or not.

I am facing issue with MIC after updating to 2179 firmware. The MIC is working fine in Safe Mode but it is not working in Normal mode. I have to use loudspeaker to talk to the receiver. Please let me know if you have any solution for this

my mobile always connected with internet with of Kaspersky internet security with fully real time protected .
ii suggests you to boot the phone in safemode , and recheck the ghost touch problems , if you didnt find problems in safemode means , then there a malicious or viruses apps are installed in your phone without your knowledge .
uninstall all the administrative rights occupied applications .
uninstall all the accessibility rights occupied applications .
list of all the installed applications in your phone .

download and install Kaspersky internt security fvor android
update and do full scan
delete infected files .
remove the battery , sim , memory card , and reinsert all use it.

or boot the phone in safe mode and try figure out its working or not

after this bugs was fixed in newest updates .
make sure asus calling app version is updated to 2.0.5.40_1709
go to asus call --top 3 dots--settings--call screen settings --turn on proximity sensor -- enable.
or bot he phone in safe mode , try to find out its working
