I upgrade my phone to marshmallow so it keeps updating all the apps. but my caller ID is lost, and I didn't see who is calling me. please help me how to get it back. thanks

My Asus Zenfone2 laser with 2 gb Ram battery is draining like anything.. Even on a stand by its not coming for more than 24 hrs. If it is 25% at 12 am in the night, in the morning by 5-6 it will be near to 0. It runs on Marshmallow and have Jio but if needed any thing I browse using Wi-Fi instead of Jio. Though don't browse it drains like anything. Is there any solution to this. Plz help me and thanks.

on 11-09-2017 , asus released offline firmware update 2179 direct link size 1.70GB
use internet download manager or other download manager to download the zip file .

why its getting hang , I want to verify your phone .
and I want to check how you installed all the applications
which are applications you have device administrator rigt ?
my phone was working fine with initial battery more than 18 months

After updating my asus mobile phone;on the lock screen it suddenly appears the google speak to text apps.
Phone's back and minimize buttons stop working.
Mobile hang everytime.
till now its working smooth but after updation of latest version mobile getting worse.
