100% Disappointed with ASUS: Dnt Buy! 1 mo after I bought 550KL because i Required dual user startup, the Google OS upgrade killed that possibility. No one new at ASUS Global or US or Colombia or Singapore/Thailand, knew, but Asus sghould had place a caution note or at least an after issue explanations. Nothing happened. Now, a month after my warranty expired, Wifi does not work at all. Router Fine, all my other 9 gadgets work 100% normal but not my 550KL. Called Colombia and chat with Global, solution: pay 15us to see if the local repair outlet can help. I call service, they saidthey would not know. So? no hard or soft reset helps me. ASUS is IRRESPONSIBLE, and Google should see what they do to user base. I' m running on Build MM829PWW 2140.1220.2181_20170805 which is "published on Zentalk" but ASUS Global says they only have one in march 2017... Bull***. I' m sorry but if companies forced an upgrade and it does not work right, whuy I should pay for a fix for that? why should I have my ph w/o WIFI? Why a year ago they kill characteristics as the double user startup and then removed, and no Google (now 26, now Alphabet or whatever) says anything BEFORE upsetting users... and in 3 months why I have to forcefully accept another very bad upgrade if I already pay for the phone? Now I see why Iphone may be better even controlling everything and not the users.

on 18-8-2017 ,ASUS again surprised us another new firmware WW_user_21.40.1220.2179 for this phone.BUt its for marshmallow
It comes only through FOTA by manaul checking .
IT comes after update 2153 .
It has 42.01MB
It may fixes bugs and improved performances

after buying , you must update to latest firmware to 21.40.1220.2153
problems are quadrooter , heartbleed , judy malwares , are all arise .
normally phone comes with initial lolly pop version , it doies hav e facility to manage permissions of the applications .
but n marshmallow , managing of permissions are defined by the user ,
I suggest you to update all firmware step by step from one by one and then do hard reset and then uninstall some preinstalled applications , and then update all application from google play store
at last install Kaspersky internet security with premium version at rs 147 from play store

only problems in software or in android os version.
I als experienced the same problem 4 firmware before ., so tell me which version of firmware you are using .
in my phone all components are working fine even after 19 months ,

I m facing one prblm when i charged my device to 100% my botttom board mic donot work untill i restart my device,but when i charged my device below 100%no such problem occurs .
I hv tried both factory reset nd wipe cache partition method from recovery mode pls help it is clear that there is no defect in hardware the problem lies in software....
