mr.t, 17 May 2016hey i,s it support high graphic game like fifa 15 or 16 unl... moreIf you want graphical performance you may want to consider its Twin Sister, ZE601KL.
They're both very similiar in specs, looks and size exactly the same.
Notable difference:
ZE600KL: SD615, 720p Screen resolution (my personal preference for battery life and Gaming Framerates)
ZE601KL: Some variant equips the newer SD616 if you're in one of the lucky regions, 1080p Screen resolution (may be better for such a 6.0" big phone for PPI sake, but not for framerates nor battery life).
Notable similiarities: 6.0", Adreno405, both have 2GB/3GB ram variants region dependent, both have 16GB/32GB ROM variants region dependent, Expandable Memory (128GB?), 3000 mAh Removable Battery (too small for both variants of such a big screen as i am a power user, Snapdragon 615 is quite the power sipper though. Removable Battery = Unlimited Capacity :-D)

AnonD-505199, 10 May 2016i have buy this phone but could not make dual incoming or o... moreI heard "Dual Active" here means when ANY one of the 2 SIMs connected to Internet 4G/3G, yes the other sim will have to comply with 2G connection (means 2G calls and messages, NOT INTERNET e.g Whatsapp calls, Hangouts, etc.) but you do have the advantage of SWITCHING to the other SIM slot for Internet (4G/3G) say, when your Internet Subscription/Quota on the 1st SIM runs out for example, WITHOUT NEEDING TO SWAP THE CARDS which otherwise requires turning off the phone for swapping. So probably, you do have the "Dual Active" capability if they're BOTH strictly 2G calls.
I think a "Dual 4G" classification is more accurate than "Dual Active", if you can't do "Dual Active" on 2G calls either.

AnonD-534018, 05 May 2016Your claims are true. This isn't working together like a tr... morethank you for replying. it is true that by overclocking the slower cores you can get even more power, but my point as the biggest advantage of a big.LITTLE setup vs True Octacore is in power efficiency, not raw performance speeds.
I wished GSMA would actually complete the Review for SONY Xperia M5 (missing battery test result). The closest devices to it I could find THAT HAVE A BEEN REVIEWED BY GSMA are the Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 and the newly reviewed OPPO F1 Plus (Xiaomi is powered by the exact same chipset but featuring a larger screen, while OPPO powered by a newer generation of the Helio moniker, X10 vs P10, and double the Ram, also better GPU). The Xiaomi device posted a 49 H score, while the OPPO device posted a 74 H score. For comparison, the 6.0" FHD Xperia C5 Ultra posted a 62 H score.
Additionally, here I also like to mention the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (Mediatek Helio X10) scored 72 H with a 4000mAh supplying the 5.5" FHD, and the Redmi Mi4 (Sd801, 5.0" FHD, 3080mAh) scored 68 H.
My motivation is to expect and try to prove by waiting for GSMA REVIEW that a SONY device powered by either Snapdragon or Mediatek chipset would last longer on a single charge, by posting higher GSMA Battery Rating than the similarly equipped Xiaomi device, or any other brand for that matter. I've sent them an email on this matter, too.

AnonD-442158, 24 Apr 2016Hi Joboyskill, I see other users have answered at least o... moreYour claims are true. This isn't working together like a true octa-core. You do have the ability to make them work more efficiently by overclocking for tasks that are multi-thread tasks that will need more power to operate effectively it'll also bump up single core performance a bit as well. Rooting is the best for any android device. I recommend waiting to get any issues worked out maybe 6-8 months and then following through with root. XDA has a large write up and a lot of one click methods for root on the ze551kl.

AnonD-442158, 24 Apr 2016is it just me, or all Zenfone Lasers have REMOVABLE BATTERI... morenot all models of the phone have a removable battery. I believe most if not all of the USA laser variants have a removable battery, but the non-laser models shouldn't have a removable battery.

AnonD-533208, 03 May 2016Worst experience with ASUS Zenfone 2, Hardware failure forc... moredang! sounds like you got the lemon of the bunch. I would call asus and tell them you want it replaced. They actually give prepaid credit cards for the ze551kl that you can use to purchase a new phone while you send yours to them maybe you got a couple bad support reps? I'd try that so you don't get screwed over.

This phone has been great! I did have a little hiccup when I first got it where the firmware didn't want to automatically update, but after installing the latest version provided on the asus support site it's auto updated ever since and hasn't caused any problems. Marshmallow is expected to come end of June for USA so look forward to that. You can alternatively install cyanogenmod 13 and install custom kernels and overclock it cause it's currently underutilized on the second quad it only runs at 1 ghz when it can run at 1.7 giving you an extra 2.8 ghz to play with or more, plus you can get rid of all the bloatware that slows this exceptional phone down in the first place.

Worst experience with ASUS Zenfone 2, Hardware failure forced me to visit the service center thrice within the first six month itself. Asus not ready to replace the hardware as they are saying they offer only Repair Warranty. Repair warranty for how many repairs in an year?? I have not purchased the phone to keep running to the service center and availing the repair warranty. Lost important data thrice and still frustrated as the phone is still with service center.
