Now a days very hot feature of mobile VoLTE is not available in this mobile.
Think before purchasing.There customer support is giving assurance from dec 2015 but till date no update available.

Same problem....i have been using this mobile since December 15. No problem till updating marshmallow. There is a bug came after updating latest version. Not always but sometimes sound automatically gone while playing video . video also lags and it plays in slow motion. But a restart will fix this issue. I think asus should provide a bug fixing update for this issue.

plz confirm Radio facility is avilable or not. also confirm that Hands free is with hand set. if not in future prople should think to buy. becoz if charge smart amt. u shold provide Hands free ... All mobile cos are providing..

david, 14 Sep 2016I bought this phone a few days ago, and updated it to marsh... moreyes omg same problem here, sometimes when i plug in a headset and then unplug it the sound would dissapear, and whenever i tried to open a video or a song while in that state, it wouldnt play it. Only a reboot would fix the issue, but then it would show up again... smh

After updating it to marshmallow, I noticed that my messages are not delivered on time or even it was not delivered. Also in receiving sms, I have a problem. My recipients are telling me they do not receive any sms from me neither I do not receive from them. But other than this, I have no other problem. I am trying to downgrade it.

I bought this phone a few days ago, and updated it to marshmallow. I am not sure if result of update or phone is defective but after a while, sound is gone,. When playing video or getting phone call etc, there is NO sound, tried unplugging headset, use speaker mode etc. Only a reboot fixes this issue.

I early used ZenFone2 ZE551ML now brought new ZE601KL from the net I knew that it is not popular as my previous phone.....nevertheless it is a awesome phone

But for me the Reliance MyJIO app says it does not have VoLTE and asks me to install the JioJoin app (now called as Jio4GVoice) which should not happen.
Asus may have disabled it and will need to enable it via a firmware update
or may be Reliance need to update their app to detect the hardware well.
