I'm using this phone it's my personal advise do not go for this phone.

Just reset your phone to factory setting after upgrading to marshmallow and all your probllem will be fixed..

it's a bug found in android 6.0, the newer firmware update is supposed to fix the problem but its still there unfixed

My ZE601KL is showing WiFi max speed of 72Mbps only ,I tested it at home and office network but the device is shoving same 72Mbps max speed. At home I have 11n ,wide channel (40Mhz), MIMO router. That means at 40Mhz wide channel the max should be 150Mbps , if two spatial 40Mhz channel is used (in MIMO fashion) then max should be 300Mbps . Forget about MIMO, the device is even not showing 150Mbps , looks like it not utilizing 40Mhz band with.
Is any one aware of such issue with Asus Zenfone 2 Laser Qualcom 616 chipset , it will be very useful if any one got solution as well.

AnonD-547839, 24 Jun 2016Hi , my aim is 6 inch phone.. currently using nokia 1320...... moreIts been a month i m using asus zenfone 2 laser ze601kl its good ph yes ph gets little heated up these days most phones has heating problem..i dont know about rough usage as i dont play games or see movies. While charging dont use your phone and battry gets easily charged and also i dont see my downloaded music or videos in music app i have to go to download option in settings to play them which i hate it coz i cant move to other page... having audio in bottom back side is a bad option coz sound clarity sometimes trouble you.

marshmallow freaking sucks! my battery back up got WORST ever since i updated to M. i used to get around 4-5 hours of SOT, now i'm struggling just to get a good 3 hours of Screen On Time. Also there are lots of bugs that are still yet to be fixed such as the sudden audio lost when i plugged in an earphone. Everything about this marshmallow update just screams FAILURE AND TRAGIC. I'm highly dissapointed in ASUS. Gosh even the back cover of this whale of a phone creaks. even my old LG L90 has a better build quality than this piece of junk. FIRST AND THE LAST ASUS PHONE. never buying the Zenshitfone series ever again. Cheers xoxo

Purchased Venfone Laser2 601KL. But within 2 months I had problem with touch screen.This occured after updating of the fone.There was no service center at my place and hence went to Sambalpur Authorised service centre who received the fone and it is about 10 days they are yet to hand over me the fone......service is not quick enough to satisfy the caustomer. Let us hope the fone is handed back working perfectly.
