My phone cannot receive calls. When people attempt to call me it gives them a message saying that its not a working number or no longer active. I spent close to 3 hours talking with att tech support and basically they came to the conclusion that its my phone because they did everything possible and they said my phone is active and working and nothing is wrong with my service.
I can make phone calls (from the so called non working #), can send and receive text messages, 4G 3bars almost everywhere in this small town and data works.

So I basically wasted half of my day yesterday playing phone tag with att tech support.
Problem: When people try calling my phone they end up getting a message saying that my number is no longer in service or deactivated. ATT says there is nothing wrong with my service on their side of the fence and tried 3 hours of random fixes and couldnt figure it out. The thing is I am able to Make phone calls, send and recieve texts, and my date works and i have a steady 4G 3 bar signal. Please can anyone point me in the direction of what to do next?

ice, 25 Feb 2016I also hvng same problem.while m calling automatically scre... moreif you're using tempered glass then it is the tempered glass that is causing the problem. I suggest you try it without the tempered glass just to be sure because I had this problem before and I tried a tempered glass with a hole cut out for the sensor and It works fine now

I insertd 4G airtel Sim to activate the sim bt as soon as i took it off..my phone contacts are not displaying. Screen becomes white nd no call logs...can any1 help?

I used lock my mobile with pattern lock now i want to change this to nrml swipe lock but there is no swipe lock visible pls did any one faced same prblm suggest me pls

Can somebody help me how to solve screen issue regarding on asus zenfone 2, been using it since july last yeatr then while Im using it, suddenly my phone's screen turned to black. I already tried to restart it but unfortunately it remains the same. The phone is still functioning but theres no display at all.
