Screen turn dark wheneverI received or making a call. removing the screenguard or tempereed glass doesnt solve the problem, i have 2 zenfone 2 lazer , belongs to my son & my brother..both have screenguards & protected by tempereed glass but only my brother's zenfone 2 has this problem, pls help...i just bought it 2days ago!

Black screen comes whenever a call was received or calling a person. After that till the call is disconnected from the other end you cannot do anything. Its all black.

how to maintain the light/display On while i'm making a call? i can't cancel my call coz it will turn off the screen.

If it doesn't help, go to the store where you buyed it and and they should fix it for free. That's everything what to do. There's the 3rd opinion and that's a root but you will lose your guarante.

Please check below steps and confirm...
Recommend customer to use only micro SIM and not cut SIM.
Check whether SIM setting is activated or not (settingàDual SIM card setting à inserted SIM is selected or not)
Check for latest FOTA update,
help to check unit in safe mode: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1005163/
if working fine in safe mode perform factory reset,
Cross test SIM in another unit.
