My screen blacks out whenever I receive a call, which means I can't cut the call or turn on speaker in between the calls

noor, 11 Nov 2015It's a great phone with that price tag,I have been using AS... moreStrongly suggest that you send your phone to Asus Service Center, my previous experience with Asus phone is some of the phone got Motherboard problem like my Fonepad, it drain 10 percent battery per hour even i close all apps and set to aeroplane mode... it has been settle after i send to service center coz it still under warranty...

i just love this phone, i used this phone since jun and it is still make a good work.i love the camera and all of the function on this phone..the best thing is, asus will pop up notification if i need to upgrade the software and its make works for the battery..and the price is so affordable

It's a great phone with that price tag,I have been using ASUS ZenFone 2 ze550ml above 6 months,the thing that disappoints me is the battery draining,then I found out the reason that is draining the battery is the android os that you can check on settings > battery > android os,the display is just fine,do suggest any kind of help that anyone can provide,that would be highly appreciated,thank you.

it is not a good phone .i used one month to this phone the Spencer is complaint i write many complaint but no replay stil it not working condection they say after one weak they will try to serves the phone i used the phone one month and three days . when close the flip cover the phone is sleep-mode after i open the flip cover the phone is sleep mode i everytime used the power button i was used Samsung and Nokia in last ten years they are good phone but the asus not good choose

just got my new ASUS Zenfone 2 ZE500CL. Unfortunately, after 1-week use, my phone felt down and the glass got broken only next to the proximity sensor. Now, when I phone someone, the black screen goes on and never stops. I was wondering is there is a way to simply disable the proximity sensor without having to change the all glass ? Thanks in advance for your help...

you can use inbuilt Apps like Power saver & auto start manger to reduce battery usage & improve your device battery drain

i bought this phone on sept 13 & have been using it since. Although the specifications says it has 3000 mAh battery, it doesn't last a day. My previous phone was HTC One X which had 1800 mAh battery. That phone would last for a day. The usage on both is same.
But, i had expected much more from ASUS in terms of battery.
Rest assured, the phone just works absolutely fine, except for the battery.
