I am not using any screen guard / tempered glass currently.. but still facing the problem.
Does phone comes with any default screen guard because on addition I am not using any.

I bought ZenFone2 550ml.. facing proximity sensor issue. screen turns off while calling, its fine but after disconnecting call it doesn't come back to on condition... Please help me.

Although I'm satisfied with its performance, data connection is available only first sim(sim1). Although they mentioned 2G in sim2, there is no option for data connection. So if you want to use data in both sim without a physical change do not buy this phone. Everything else is goods!

There might be some problems with your phone (software) and it's better to get it checked at Asus Centre. I've been using mine daily (Whatsapp, Telegram, Facebook & Instagram) mainly and it took a lil more than half way to went down below 20%. I didn't see any particular problem with it (even I had to agree, the battery drains fast) and also the speaker was decent. As usual, Asus phone doesn't come with splendid speakers like others so, perhaps bluetooth speakers came in handy.

WORST PHONE EVER.....
I brought this phone 5months ago, now it's showing battery and speaker problem.
battery backup is very low, using whatsapp for 1 hour can consume whole 100% charge.I keep on charging it 2-3 times a day.
And dont ask about speaker, I guess asus uses very poor quality speaker......
I have given the phone to asus care nearly 2 months ago....but they are not fixing problems, and give an excuse that the phone parts are not available in the market.
