When calling anyone, Touching call button screen being black, thn press power button also black!! Nothing seen on screen!!! Pls help me!!
is it android software problem??

WORST PHONE EVER.....
I brought this phone 5months ago, now it's showing battery and speaker problem.
battery backup is very low, using whatsapp for 1 hour can consume whole 100% charge.I keep on charging it 2-3 times a day.
And dont ask about speaker, I guess asus uses very poor quality speaker......
I have given the phone to asus care nearly 2 months ago....but they are not fixing problems, and give an excuse that the phone parts are not available in the market.

For Internet, this Zenphone requires configure CellularNetworks->Access Point Names->Add Or else it doesnt's configure automatically.

... do you know... best fone ? problem solved ? wait... just minute...! my asuszenfone 2 ml550 battery back up very low... 8am to 8pm battery 80% 90% draing fast... very bad.
today... no problem... battery backup whole day 30% drain. set battery back up problem... solved. very well. nice fone.

Settings>More>Cellular Networks>Data enabled (Selected)>Preferred network type 3G selected as don't have 4G here.
Still can't connect. Please help on how to do it. Thnx :D

im confused between azus zenfone laser ze550kl and asus zenfone 2 ze550ml ....
which 1 is having good camera and battery backup as well as a little gaming..
pls frnds sugggest me a good fone for me

RMV, 02 Oct 2015I am using this fone for the last 15 days and no problum as... moreData used on 4g networks or any data connection is not as good as wifi. because the data you declared on your comment is not really the amount of data you had on your phone.. if you have higher MB of data than what you load on your phone, maybe you can download your game.. let say you need 400mb, try to load atleast 600mb. don't exact your needed mb to download something you want, always have an extra mb/data.

I am using this fone for the last 15 days and no problum as for as usage is concerned, but had a bad experience for downloading a game thru 4G Network. The game was of big size (2.2 GB : Godfire ) I recharged 3GB Data (Airtel 4G) and downloaded but when only 90MB was left it stopped with the remark Can not download and ar that time data balance was 60MB. Any body can help and guide ?
