You can also try downloading Task Manager App ( if device does not have a pre-installer task manager ) to kill or close running apps that might be consuming battery life and RAM.

I unpacked Asus zenfone 2 ze 550ml. I made a call. Screen become black. stopped work. proximity sensors were not working. I returned.

Weird thing is that i managed once to charge it in 3h on the PC, but i dont know what i did, because i tried the 3 different cables that i have and 4 different ports, so i am not sure which combination worked or if was just a coincidence, i am trying to figure it out running RR3 so it discharges fast and then trying the diffent combinations
