I purchased AsusZenfone2E550ML from flipkart on 23 may 2015.Since the day i started using phone i observed that the calls I made are getting dropped in 3-5 minutes.Many times it gets dropped in 1 minute or 2 minutes also. This is not a usual phenomenon.It is alarming for me.I waited for this phone for a month.I am having 2nos. of Asuszenfone 5 which are used by my family members.I got influenced by their performance thus decided to go for this one.You can help me at the earliest else I have my option open to return the phone through flipkart and go for Lenovo 7000.

sai, 27 May 2015 we cant switch on data connection from one sim to another ... moreHi sai, in this phone sim one is supports 2g,3g and 4g but sim 2 Supports only 2g. For any further information you contact asus through my Asus app.

i have inserted sd card . but its not showing in gallery? but i see it showed notification that external sd card is inserted and the card appears in file manager. and the songs are updated in music player , plays fine.
i've tried formatting the sd card using phone and using laptop (ntfs/fat). but still i cant see the sd card in gallery
help me guys.

I dint faced any problems .... excellent phone only downside of this phone is the camera !!!! Its just not good

Hi,
I have been using this phone for last one week. The battery gets drained very fast even if it is in idle mode. Normally I turn my data connection off in night still it consumes more than 50% battery during the night. Please suggest what to do ?
