dont use fast charger ..when charging and using playing games..it will heat the phone up and eventually break your phone

AnonD-399344, 26 May 2015is it normal to have 40C temp? and after updating asus for ... moreyes it normal to have -40 c on phone...check xiami its heating more...your in india..weathere hot there? if yes then its normal phones get little bit hot too...when i play games i get to 43 to 45... but i dont get over 46 c....

after recording video for 13 minutes. the phone heats upto 47c. should i go for replace from flipkart?

we cant switch on data connection from one sim to another sim
n another problem service centre people are not responding to my problem
n everything is fine

Hi everyone I got my ZenFone before 3 day. It's really good. Never saw anything like this before.Camera is really good giving u a salt effect. The only prob is the battery.hardly lasting one day

Phone gets heated up while charging and as well as on opening Apps beyond one can normally expect.
Built in Clock app is full of errors.
Helpline is hopeless. Assistance in English could be better
Time taken to reach your turn for helpline response too long.
Not that great phone notwithstanding a few good built apps that a few may only utilize in routine.

eldho , 26 May 2015i got the zenfone today and felt a little bit of heating n... moreim using the phone from 2 days . i've checked the reviews regarding heating. the heating is only near the front cam and speaker.(place where your ear comes in contact with phone while calling).i think its common to have the heating around 40c. unlike others around 65 C
asides this there is no problem in phone.let me check the video playback and let u know the review.

For this model (ze550ml), the battery has take a long time to charge. It is about 3 hours.. did u guys facing the same problem?

Guys this is the best phone u can get, intialy I was confused b/w this one and xiaomi mi 4i finaly purches this . The best thing is that it does not get heated up at all , its temp goes to 45 max whereas xiaomi can reach upto 60 . Its thick in the middle but when its in hand it does not feel so as the sides are very thin . It looks very premium . Its a golden rule of smartphones company to write there name in front of phone , good companies do so and asus is one of them . So just go for it , u cant get better.

i got the zenfone today and felt a little bit of heating near the camera and the video playback shows a bit of lag when fast forwarded.Is it some thing to worry about.

AnonD-369548, 26 May 2015yes tell your shop about that....im now recording for 10 mi... moreis it normal to have 40C temp? and after updating asus for 92mb file the parallel bars are gone. but after rebooting phone it again appear and i found out that the setting mode in video hertz should be 50 if i put it to 60hertz it showing me bars?

Hey there! Just got my Zenfone 2 ZE550ML yesterday.. So far, I haven't tried this "beast" real performance. But, the UI is nice and smooth.. And I have 1 question.. Why is my used-RAM so high? It reaches up to 1.4GB, even I haven't downloaded many apps.. So what's the problem? Please reply me if you know the answer! Thanks a lot!

I am average use... moreto tell you honestly if you have a non defective 550 ml the phone is great ...just be sure to get warranty becuase i see alot complaining here....first time i got the phone way back in april 2015 my phone awesome...i just got lucky maybe bought it online with out warranty and got luck having a non defective phone.....
