when i have recorded a video using back cam its giving me parellel bars(partially visible) in video which is frequently moving just like a wave. and the phones battery is around 45-47c at night?
plz tell me how should i keep this or let it go. i asked flipkart to replace. they said they will call tomorrow 27th.

However i tried yesterday with the charger instead plugin it to the computer USB and with the charger it charges perfectly fine, it takes about 3 hours or less to charge. Anyone has experienced this?

I would say its the best phone with its price, and except the battery drainage issue every thing else is really good, i hope Asus will fix the battery issue soon as it is a software issue not hardware.

Got this phone on 25th may 2015 after waiting for more than one month. so excited and happy. but after using for about 6hours the device switch off by itsef and won't turn on again. so i contact flipkart and request for return the same day itself.But i dont know what will they do. Waiting for their answer till 26 may 2015 6:00 pm.

it seems the proxymity sensor... clean the glass in front of it, on the higher side of the screen. If you put a tempered glass film without the hole, this is the cause.

i buy my ASUS Zenfone 2 ZE551ML 4g ram 64g last May9 i faced same problem when i call and received call the screen goes off i unchecked already the display background in call setting still nothing changes.... what i gonna do...

Dear all
i've purchased this model from flipkart.received it today
After unboxing i have charged the phone as the battery was only 47% out of box.
i've noticed that the battery drained almost 30% in 3 hours. and i have only used internet via wifi.
is it normal?? plz help me guys. apart from battery draining fast i dont had any other issues. camera, performance,storage is good and upto my expectation.
can anyone tell/share their phone battery performance. is it possible that flipkart will replace?.
additionally i have updated the system software of asus and i noticed the battery had one from 67 to 63% in 1 hour after update.

hi , i got asus zenphone2 550ml two days back , it was working fine but since yesterday i am facing one problem as when i dialed any number and when it connects , display goes off and same when i receive any call , display goes off and does not come back untill i press the power button. , please reply

fayaz, 24 May 2015The charger iam using takes 2hrs 30min to charge my phone i... moreyou can buy qualcom fast charger...18 wattas or 15 watts...but the downside it will charge fast ..but there will be little heat....in the long run might damage your phone...stick to your original charger to be safe....fast charge charge 1:30 mins...while asus original charge charges 1:40 to 2 hours....just charge more with your original charger...remember after 5 th charge...it will charge faster...have you initial charge for 8 hours".? first time charge must be 8 hours....

I am also facing some problm after latest update. It shows "system UI stopped working" and phone goes back to the lock screen automatically.But working apps and data remains in the ram and no problem with that. Anyone knows why this happens? Any suggestions frnds??

@pato2015 i am not able to downlode highend games like Asphalt 8: Airborne ect even angry bird epic just 80mb game showing an error 903 as i remembered. can eny one help me out
