At the time of downloading if download failed , you can re-download from the last point of your downloading . There will no loss of your data in this browser

Anonymous, 11 May 2015this happened to me also. just install the latest ota update.I sent my phone to the store for them to check. Hopefully they will get it fixed.
Regarding the update you mentioned, right after I connected my phone to a wifi connection, an update pop up appeared. I downloaded that one and installed. But the issue happened after that. Yikes.
