I got my device 5 days before. .. everythings seems to be good but then i faced a problem whenever i play a video song or any video movie.. it pause for a second and then start which raise to noy synchoronize with video and sound. .
Music of video comes first then chadcacter of video sung..
If anyone has solution please help me out .

My phone's camera is very poor. The images are getting blurred and there is no clarity in them. When I'm clicking photos of written documents,the words are not readable.The situation gets worse when I zoom in these pictures.No significant help from Flipkart.Anyone else facing this problem or is it just me?

As far as the proximity sensor issues are concerned, it's the screen guard thats caused an issue, i've learnt. Used the phone without the screen guard and it works perfectly fine. I used a tempered glass screen guard without an opening for the proximity sensor to, well, for lack of a better word.. breathe! Look for one that has an opening for the sensor. Looking at the screen, the sensor is located on the top left hand side, fyi..

I got this phone zenfone 2,2gb ram and 16gb internal..in 1st initial charging and 24 hrs usage,its seems to overheat..but after 3 to 4 cycle of charging the heating of cpu is ok..now i used it 2 to 3hrs of data..the fone doesnt feel heat anymore..the problem is the otg support,every time i disconnect the usb theres no sign to click thats says "safely remove the usb"..can you help me obout this setuation..?

[deleted post]No I don't have a Tempered Glass , I've reset the Mob also , but same result , have raised the same with Flipkart for replacement .
