Aaiyasha, 11 May 2015I Dis the Proximity Test , It's showing Objects Near , then... moredo you have a screen tempered glass? do hard reset first and see if its working...if not might be a hardware defect...my prioximity sensor are working great...but my auto brightness is not...proximity if far important...return it replace it if you can

i got it phone works nicely battery backup is good after 1 day usage still 35% remaing includes gaming 2 hours wifi net suring 3 hours. please any one give me the link for headsets for this phone.

I just bought this phone on May 9.
Issue
- Every time the battery goes down around 40%, the phone shuts down. This issue happened twice on my end. It seems like the phone considers 0% battery charge when the display is showing that it is still at 40% range. :(
What should I do?

Aaiyasha, 11 May 2015I've received my Set on 7th of May , since then I'm facing ... moresetting click motion gesture to tap lock and unlock to activate it...if all not working bring to your store replace it..my phone is all working..no heat also

see if proximity pass or fail...if you have tempered glass take it off and test it again.

is there problem with tethering?
i tried but mine is not working, but other device is able to connect my hotspot name and just no data go through

I've received my Set on 7th of May , since then I'm facing the below issues : proximity sensor is not working properly. does nt unlock the screen, when i take the phone away from ear. i have to unlock by pressing power button, its irritating. its becomes difficult if u have to use phone while on call. and the call ends automaticaLLY, the signals also drops. its not network problem. have tried few networks. is shows unfortunately asus calling screen is stopped. Is it just me or other people rae also facing the same issue ?

Nishant, 10 May 2015I am using Zenfone 2 ZE550ML from 2 days....It is not heati... moreI notice it too before..my first charge 8 was 8 hours..and after that i usually charge 2 hours from 0 to 100..nowafter from 4 charging cycles..i dont have over heating after the 4 cycles..if you still experience over heating then its not normal for my 550ml..i would return it with warranty..wait for the 3rd cycles if its same..check policy first of your warranty unit returns

Mike, 10 May 2015Guys how are you getting almost 3 days with out charging wi... moreGo to settings..click battery..now in the top right click APPS POWER USAGE DETAILS...now click an app..example viber..click it scroll down you will see Power managemnt..click the 2 BOX prevent device from wake up...prevent device from always awake...those settings shoukd be check to all apps listed in your apps power usage details...now..go to back again to phone settings..choose power saver..choose customize settings..check the last bottom box..thats it..thats my settings so i can last 3 days..its up to you really what suits you..:)

I am using Zenfone 2 ZE550ML from 2 days....It is not heating while using but while charging it gets overheated without using phone while charging.Is there any hardware issue or this is normal with this phone,Thanks.
