Unable to pick up calls.. this phone got hanged five times a day whenever i get a call. Once i pick up d phn unable to disconnect it.. i m so pissed of wid this. Tried hard reset, software download.. i power cycle it every time. I took it to service center n they r also not helpful. Plz help if any1 know the resolution of this problem

- only 2G = 2-3 d (for example, in the forest and mountain)
- 3G/4G = 1-1.5 d (normal usage)
- with Wifi = 1.5-2 d (home and work)
I'm not a "big user", just some apps, few youtube videos, browsing and emails.

I use 2 SIM cards: 1 for Canada (slot 1 - 4G), and 1 for France (slot 2 - 2G). Battery is ok : around 1-2 days depending on my usage (some little games, Youtube, emails, browsing and GPS navigation).

I have taken this phone with me in different countries in the European Union and I have to say that it's a superb device in all aspects. I do not know why people write so many bad comments about it. The 4G network has coverage almost everywhere and the speed is great. I mean I can use the video feature of Viber on 4G when I walk on the street and it works splendid. The camera is OK and takes more than decent photos. Since I bought this phone, I have not taken my compact camera with me when I went out. For everyday life memories the camera is more than enough. Now, the battery lasts for 1 day and a half. WHICH IS ENOUGH compared to my preious Android Lg, Sony or Samsung phones which did not evn last for a day. Also, since I bought this phone, I has NEVER BLOCKED, warmed up (compared to the disgusting LG phones which behave like ovens) or gave any error at all. And believe me, I use this phone!
Of course that people who like to boast with the last edition of Samsung or Sony will say this phone is bad. But for everyone else, this is an amazing midrange phone and TOTALLY RECCOMMEND IT!

Worst product, battery drains, no network connection,i use same network for both the slots, slot 1st doesn't show network when there is network in slot 2.I even approached service center , they said it's been rectified,but not so please don't go for this product and there is no replacement.

Ved, 08 Oct 2015lost my asus zenfone 2 charger. Any idea where can i get th... moreyes, the zenfone 2 2 gigs of ram can do fast charge too, but it doesn't come with a fast charger, you can buy the fast charger at asus service center or you can use other fast charger like samsung's
