My first asus phone is zenfone 5 and now zenfone 2 ZE551ML. both phone are verry verry good and the price are cheap
please make 4.7 inch for more convenient like ZenFone tipe 4C but the specification like zenfone 2

If anyone is facing hanging problem....... Uninstall updates of all pre-installed apps...... Or do not update pre installed apps......

This is the SUCKIEST phone I have ever used and the WORST service. My phone keeps hanging and the camera doesn't work, finally when I found a remote service centre, after keeping the phone for over a week, I call them and they keep telling me that its going to be ready in a day. Everyday a new part has to be ordered and they refuse to replace the phone. So guys highly recommend get another option..DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE, Disgruntled

Ive got this phone zenfone 2 4gb ram.... for almost a month already... all specs is good... its almost perfect except the sounds... its too slow... thank you...

when the battery less than 20% and wifi on .. the mobile stop suddenly and shutdown without any warning
am so sad and shocked :(

Hello sir,
Last week I buy ASUS zenfone2 2GBP and 32 g2g memory, battery ok but keep on hanging,then on my call that time I can't reduce or increase the volume,then watching movies also can't increase or reduce the volume.
I need ur help pls,.
then how to download the videos, most if the android systems watching time it will be downloaded,but this phone can't.
give me some insgruction.

I m really liking the zenfone 2 4gig version, it is a balancing act of price range v specs, but for the money its great performance good screen okay camera. I use my phones for running and exercise tracking. I have to say this is where the zenfone 2 really shines for me, the radios are some of the best I've used gps, bt included. Many phones I've tried have issues with using a heart rate monitor and headphones on BT and gps together with the apps going obviously 4g ram is a huge thing but the radios have had no issue handling it all at once. Someone asked about the audio, and I like my music, at home on the bike on the run its always on and this phone is good in that department, Just get some good earbuds or headphones.
I think for the price you getting a good phone. I bought 2 other since I had mine for other people. Nuff said :-)

*when your phone goes in sleep mode after every call press powder button to disconnect. hope it will help you..... :)

It's really nice phone.. nice Graphics quality..Nice sound but everyone who are going to buy this device,thinking about battery .. right? Don't worry battery back up good ( First day after buying this set charge over night , turn off all your battery draining apps or connectivity while it's not being used) . Another vital point is charge every day minimum 3-4 hrs. (better over night) . Sure It'll increase your battery life. Over all this mobile is nice in every category.
No problem still found since I've bought except fast battery draining issue . That's common issue of every android set as it holds heavy OS & the issue is resolvable.. what I've donr last month. Now my device working like a dream... Thanks ASUS & Thanks GOD...

I bought it last week. But unable to disconnect the call and can't do anything during call till other guy disconnect it because of sleep mode. Can anyone suggest how to disconnect call
