asus zenfone 2 ze551ml i purchased from amazon, initially all was okay, started with camera not responding, and later hanging and then it had screen flickering problem, nothing worked now it is black screen with lots of lines. dont know what to do with it.

Constant Wi-Fi connection problems, barely working Bluetooth, huge battery drain, screen not being legible in the daylight (ambient light sensor not used properly). Really glaring problems, and manufacturer focuses on colorful ui, wallpapers, needless apps (that Google does better) instead of bug fixes and OS updates. Main camera is OK, build quality fine, but software problems are typical for asian manufacturer.

I wonder how you all that had problems with this phone. I already bought this phone from 2015 December until now (Feb 2017) overall is good. Good performance, no big problems even lag. I'm playing NFSMW and it works great at performance mode. But only bad at battery capacitity. It only lasts 1h if I played any heavy games such as NFSMW

@xander cage well eventhough there are 2 SIM slot, but if i remember correctly the 1st slot support 4G/3G while the 2nd SIM slot only supports 2G

Im informed that sim 2 tray only will accept or detect a sim 2g to 3g. Its annoying but thats it period.. I dont think there will be a solution to this issue. I have asked numerous sources but its the same.. Asus made the phone like that..
If this helps you to at least have sime sort of closure to the issue..

Hi my ZenPhone became 1 year old two weeks ago and all of the sudden it switched off and would never turn on again!!! It seems it was waiting for the warranty to expire to died! I was really pleased with the phone but this is annoying. Now i want to take it to an authorized Service Center but there is none in my country Anyone from Asus reading this willing to help??

I bought asus ZenFone 2 ze551ml 4gb ram and 128gb storage, few days ago.
But my idea 4g micro sim doesnt work in sim 2 slot. That slot won't even detect it.
The same micro sim works fine in sim1 slot.
Please help.

This phone is so bad after 2-3 months. Bad battery life, ghost hands, bad buttons, all of it is bad. for the first 2 months, i really love this phone, but after these accidents, i gave this phone 0 points. never will buy asus brand phone anymore. the customer service is bad too, so bad, super bad. they will reply you after a week. no use to hire them. and whenever i asked when the android will be upgraded, they never reply. seriously, taiwanese phone is bad, the service is worse.
